Dr. Littman and staff are professional and friendly and very reasonable. Took one of our dogs because she was coughing real bad. It started to get better before her exam but wanted to have her checked anyways and her nails trimmed. They were quick and courteous and do not push unnecessary procedures or medications. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good and affordable vet.

High Valley veterinarian hospital gets 10 stars from me. I arrived home from work and my dogs face was totally swollen. I was rushing down the hill to an animal emergency and I called them by chance. I explained my situation and the receptionist spoke to the dr. Gilbert and he said bring her in. Upon arrival the parking lot was completely full. I called them and they came out and took my dog right away. Within 10 minutes Dr. Gilbert came out and spoke to us and explain the situation. They gave her some injections and then wanted to monitor for 30 minutes. They Are very kind and courteous. Thank you Dr. Gilbert for taking us on an emergency at the last minute

I rescued a dog with a severe ear infection and third degree burns on her belly from being aggressively shaved for her spaying surgery. The doctor and staff were responsive, caring and competent. The cream they administered worked very well. She needed a follow on visit to cure worms that she received from the shelter. Doctor was rapid in remediating all her issues and very sensitive to her skittish, untrusting behavior, having been a new rescue. New to the area and new to this vet clinic. Really loved the care for the value.

Dr. Gilbert was great. Came out and explained everything to me in a way that I can understand. The staff was fantastic. Very nice. I could not of been more pleased with my experience.

They have implemented COVID friendly process by having you wait in your car with your pet. At your appointment time they take your pet into the clinic for exam and then the doctor comes out to talk to you. Prices are standard for vets in the area

They are so caring and understanding. They helped my 13.5 year old Shih Tzu with his dental issues, pulled 10 teeth and cleaned the ones that didn't need to come out. They listen and understand your needs and treat your baby like their own. Thank you so much from both Sooner and myself! :)

Great customer service and caring staff.

From the front office to the tech and the vet, this office is organized and the communication is great! Prices are also fantastic. We just transferred all of our pets and their records over to High Valley. It’s so hard to find a GREAT vet and I’m confident they are going to be a great fit for our four legged babies.

I've been with HVV for at least 13 years if you love your pet you will take it to HVV I think there awesome.

They are still being very cautious, which makes me happy. They came out and took my kitty inside. Came back to say she was being really sweet and curious, and what was being suggested. Explained options. Waiting for blood work results.

This is a wonderful vet as far as #1 the care and #2 for the price. However, each appointment takes a ridiculously amount of time. Its 45 min before they even come out. So remember if you schedule, make sure your calendar is clear. There's no running to the vet real quick lol

We have been going here for 20 yrs. Never have we ever had a problem. Even during this lockdown they have gone above and beyond. I recommend this Vet highly. Thank you to the awesome staff and docs.

Hi Valley is the best they treated my dog in she's doing much much better I would suggest if you have to take your animals anywhere taken to high Valley

Im so upset. This vet saw my dog last year. Refered me to a specialist. I did. Cam back for folliw up. My dog s ears cleared up with a wash n med problem. Was told to do this twice a month. So his ear don't get like that again. Months later came in n bought more medication n wash. Had him here for shots n rabies shot. Last week my leo started messing with his ears again. Cleaned n medicated. Running low. So i came to get more. Now they wont sell it to me. Unless i bring him in again. The plan was to come n get what i need. Cuz they know me n leo. N this is medical maintenance medicen. Thought i had a plan with the vet. But i was mistaken. Today treated as who the hell are you. Im on a fixed income. Due to my disabilities. I can't afford to just keep brnging him in fro another same diagnosis. Thought i found a competent, caring vet. Obviously i was wrong. Its about money. Nothing else. If your rich n dont mind paying money for a duplicate diagnosis. Then this vet is for you.

Took our cat monkey ???? here, best service and people in town. They spoiled the little guy and called me the next day to check on him

If it was possible to give them zero Stars I would give them zero I went to get medication for my sister's dog they knew I was getting one medication when I showed up they were trying to give me two medications instead of just the one I'd asked for, I went to another vet and got the other two medications the dog needed. The cost was half as much as high valley vet. So to me they are only trying to gouge people in Ramona because of the money factor that's here.

Great service and compassion on a very sad day for me

Just started going not much existence. First time Had to call back to get medications forgotten. The workers friendly,, knowledgeable. Doctors I haven't met due to covid.

The staff is awesome! Took awesome care of my new puppy!!
