This was my first time at Poway Animal Hospital. They were polite, very kind to my cat and helpful. I would go here again for future medical needs.

Poway Animal Hospital has been helping my furbabies for over 20 years. I wouldn't take them any where else. The staff is amazing...caring friendly professional always! The doctors are awesome ! If you want the best care for your furbabies.. go to Poway Animal Hospital...you won t be disappointed.

After being turned away by my previous vet because of availability. Poway Animal Hospital welcomed us with such compassion and concern for the well being of my pet. The office staff were so nice and friendly, as well as the vet tech and the vet. I will definitely will be back with my other pets. It's nice to know with these changing times there are animal professionals that are compassionate and kind.....

The Poway Animal Hospital has taken very good care of all our family’s pets over the years. With the addition of two little kittens into our household, there was only one place I was going to bring them to get checked out. The staff is very kind and accommodating. They are interested in your pets and understand they are members of the family.

I received the very best care for my injured dog. The staff was wonderful and Dr. Shinzaki was so gentle and kind with him. They got me in quickly and fixed my dog quickly too! I wish I lived here so this could be my regular vet. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Poway Animal Hospital. I was visiting Poway from out of town when my dog started coughing and sneezing. I called PAH in the morning and got an appt right away. The staff are all very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Baydian was so great with my dog and explained everything so well. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable my visit was. I am happy to report that my dog is all better, healthy and happy. Thanks to all at Poway Animal Hospital.

Can't say enough good things about Poway Animal Hospital! My cat, Piper, was having some issues. Rather than order expensive tests, we tried a couple of other things first. When her condition continued, we ran some tests. After some different food and antibiotics, she is doing Great!

Dr. Smith was great, my dog had some oral surgery done and everything went very smoothly. I felt like my dog was in very capable hands. Great communication, he gave us frequently updates. The office staff was also great. I Highly recommend Poway Animal Hospital.

They actually know what they’re doing unlike so many other vets. Plus the doctor calls personally to give updates on your pet.

We LOVE Poway Animal Hospital. The vets and vet techs are kind, patient and genuinely care. They are very thorough in their explanations and never “push” for any unnecessary tests or procedures.

Just moved to this area and tried to find a new vet for our miniature poodle. Checked in on time but waited for 45 minutes for the technician to see my dog. Due to the covid policy, we weren’t allowed to go into the room with our dog. Then it took another 45 mins for them to call me back and checkout. I understand sometimes they are running behind. 15-20 mins waiting time is acceptable. But it took more than 1.5 hrs for the whole appointment. They can do better to respect clients time.

I've used Poway for both my dog and cat. Each time, they got us in on very short notice, provided excellent and professional care, and clearly outlined my options without making me feel pressured or guilty. I would definitely recommend!

They took care of both our new puppy and older dog when they needed immediate care. They are very helpful, nice and caring when it comes to the well being of your pet! Definitely recommend.

The staff is extremely friendly and always remembers my boy (and my boy loves them). Vets are very knowledgeable and not only address immediate concerns, but are happy to share information on how to provide the best quality of life for your pet. Good prices, quick service, spacious parking, clean facility, and overall an easy to use service and facility. We’ve now had 5 dogs who have received the best care from here. The staff has gone above and beyond in some cases, which I’m so thankful for. PAH is the best in town !!

Dr. Smith took the time to not only discuss the pet I brought in but to also ask about those at home. He advised me on their diet and made sure all my questions were answered. It is a comfort to know that my pets are being looked after by such caring professionals.

I had a sick dog and was told there was a three week wait to get into my usual vet. I contacted Poway Animal Hospital and was told they were full but would call me back if they had a cancellation. My phone rang within 30 minutes and I had an appointment the next day. The staff was very nice and very calm with my dog - he didn't even get that usual look of panic and walked in to his appointment. Dr. was very kind to answer all of my questions, provide additional insight and excellent care for the dog. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness, result and care. Pricing was reasonable too. I will be back! Thank you!
