Great Job they did on our dog he can run & jump again! Because the Veterinarian & staff have personal interests in the wellness & go far to give great care in the decision to operate on our 12 yr old pug. Immediately diagnosed & began preparation for serious procedure! We was given the facts & information & directions to make the best possible decisions in taking care of our pug & I can't describe how much it means that our Veterinarian knows his business & staff are all spot on a great team with big hearts! Recently we boarded a dog for several days here. We have previously utilized Sierra Veterinary for numerous dog and cat veterinary needs. Always have found the staff cheerful, pleasant and very professional. The fees are by far a real bargain.

Before customer service was EXCELLENT and on point, since Barb started working there customer service has gone down hill a little.. she can be rude most times. Other than that everyone else is awesome and respectful. The Dr is so nice and caring, for sure the best Dr in town.

Great people great service I just wished they would've extended their business hours and days when they were still offering veterinary services because now they only offer spay and neuter services. but I never took my cat's anywhere else up until they changed to spay and neuter only.

Everyone there is polite and they take care of your pets like they are their own!

I had an emergency with my dog. He got a foxtail in his ear. They were so nice and worked him In right away. He had to stay so they could knock him out but was able to come home in the afternoon. Everyone was so nice.

When I called I was told by "Barb" that it will have to call back next week for an appointment. That's fine. What I don't want to hear is the repeated statement that we haven't visited there before, which is not relevant. I also don't want to have the person trying to point out where they are, as if I live too far away. When I point out that we live less than a mile away and where we live, the person doesn't seem to know Porterville geography and argues with me. I also don't want my fiance be called my "girlfriend". Your front line workers are your whole company and this was an abysmal failure.

It's great when you can have the medical attention right away for your fur babies when it's an urgent matter.

Although it was just a blood draw for testing, it was fast service and friendly atmosphere????

Best place to take your pets! Dr. Albers is the best ! Taylor ,Barb and the whole team are amazing. just a great place with a great team. I bug them all the time and they always make time for me and my babies!

If it is an emergency don't even bother to call or drive in. They are short with you on the phone, just tell you they don't have time.

My pets are always taken care of. I make the drive from Tulare because I prefer them over all other vets I have visited.

Traveling through the US, from Colorado, our pup MacKenzie strained her knee while playing in the stream. Sierra Vet was able to squeeze us in last minute due to a prior cancellation. All checked out well and we are back on the road with a reduced activity level for our crazy girl. Thank you for being so friendly, professional and personable! I highly recommend Sierra Veterinary Center!
