I always end up without what I went for. But I did find a mega super toy for my pit bull grandson. I hope it lasts.

They're geared more for dogs while the cat section is small and off to the side

My dad bought my puppy 2 $50 gift cards for Christmas last year. I ordered some stuff online that never came. They did not refund me. What was left on the gift card I tried to spend in the actual store today and they're saying that my gift cards are declined the manager did absolutely nothing to help. When I tried to call the customer service nobody answered I was on the phone for over 20 minutes just trying to get some food for my dog.

Normally friendly staff were nt there today . just a moody . arrogant cashier.

Poor staff ???? and in skillful management

The only bad thing is that they make the pets make sure their owners are leashed

Go adopt a cat from here, you won't regret it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is they don't usually have the best price. But selection is great and you can adopt a cat while your dog gets groomed. Lots of great services. I bought all my kitten supplies here.

Pretty kool place, helpful staff, really clean and they seem to be well stocked on items.

Very unhappy with my grooming experience. Brought two dogs in for bath, nails, and glands expressed. Groomer who helped us told us our dog didn’t need his glands expressed. We insisted we wanted both dogs to receive the gland expression service. When we got home one of the dogs was experiencing horrible odor related to glands. We called the next morning and left a voicemail about our concern that it was not done properly and never heard back from anyone. Called back 9 hours later and spoke with different groomer who asked us to bring both dogs back for her to remedy. She was able to express fluid from BOTH dogs glands. Acknowledging, the first groomer charged us for a service they did not do at all, or didn’t do correctly… regardless, we won’t be back.

1st time here. my 1st experience from walking in was that there must been a floor move or new stock coming and because there was boxes and pallets everywhere so that was a little challenging to find what i needed. What made up for this was The great service I had! I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was great and he is a strong Asset to this company.

It's a pet supply store. You can get your dog groomed and buy a new one. Overall...Ill give it a B. Only because a couple employees need an attitude adjustment.

Plenty of cashiers and store was well organized. I was in and out even with 5 people in front of me in line.

Large variety of pet supplies. Clean store. Disappointed in their inventory of fish, was looking for Koi.

I walked in with 2 small dogs 30 minutes before closing and told person at counter I needed help finding correct size harness for both dogs. Someone was able to help fit and make suggestions. I was in and out quickly and the dogs are secure when I walk them.

Good service, everyone friendly.
