We couldn't have been more pleased with the serve and comfort they gave us with our German Shepard. We would love to have a groomer like this where we live. Absolutely the BEST GROOMER EVER! I have been trying to find a groomer to cut my Pomeranian. They did a fantastic job! Her nails were cut beautifully! She was so happy when I picked her up, so I know she enjoyed her time there! I'm so glad to have found her forever groomer!

Purrrect!!! They did an amazing job with grooming my Bengal Cat. He can be a handful too! He hates to be locked in any cage, he will alligator roll trying to break free. He looked great and they did an incredible great job with his nails!

I have to say one thing! This place is one of the very…very….VERY few places that actually do care about their customers and their pets! I brought my puppy here and when I picked him up he looked amazing! I was happy and he was happy! Thank you soooo much guys at Lili’s grooming for such an amazing job with my baby! Friend’s cat got hurt when clipping nails and I think he may have PTSD i think…like staying in the corner all the time????

We explain to you the situation the nails can't be resolved and we need your apology. We did not expect for you to hurt our cat. we don't speak to who can't offer a normal sevice and blame on customers. We tried always to give the worst review to you. All I can do is F Y.

UPDATE: The day after the traumatic experience for my cat, they texted my personal number via a third-party messaging app and threatened me to stop leaving my reviews on social media. It's ridiculous!!! They're infringing upon my rights to share my true and terrible experience with people. I don't want anyone else to go through what I've experienced again and this is why google, yelp and social media give customers the space to leave reviews and let their voices be heard!!! What they did prove once again how unprofessional, arrogant, and ignorant they are! Worst experience ever, DON'T GO!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ To be honest, I was very looking forward to this experience. But what happened is heartbreaking. How come they didn't know that there's blood vessel in a cat's nail???!?? My cat's nails were trimmed unprofessionally and harshly. Upon returning home, I found her nails were bleeding!!! That's unbearable and I'm really upset!! I was told it's because she scratched the kennel which caused her bleeding, but I can tell it's' not the reason! The only nail that is still in good shape and doesn't bleed is the one that was not trimmed. Other ones were carelessly trimmed and heartbreakingly bleeding!! It hurts!!! This is why my cat was "aggressive" (what they told me) bc for a 9-month-old kitty it hurts!!! Don't do it if you can't do it professionally. No one deserves such a terrible experience. And they refused to give full refund for what my cat has gone through....

Don't like having to walk around in circles looking for stuff. At Sam's Club they have the aisles clearly marked. The self check out is a pain since the got rid of the pricing guns.

I was very surprised to learn that Oso had behaved so well at Lili’s. I had warned them about my dog’s aggravation when trimming the legs (his past groomer was unable to give him a uniform cuts because of it). I was really nervous about switching groomers, but all the good reviews had me convinced. I don’t know why it took me this long to make the switch! They are amazing! There were no issues what so ever trimming Oso from head to paws, and he smelled divine. What the other groomer lacked in was simply love and patience. Lili’s team of professionals know just how to work with animals. I can tell just how compassionate they are with the work that they do and that too me matters the most.

I gave 2 star because I took my pomeranian for a cut /trim and when I got him back they pretty much shaved him super short...

Great family-owned pet grooming! I called in and was able to been seen within 30 minutes. Arrived brieftly talked services and prices. I was asked to stay a little while in my car to make sure my dog was okay (he hates baths and is a bit uneasy) while I was not present -- I appreciated this greatly. When I picked him up he was perfectly calm and so white and pretty. I talked With Edward a bit about my dog's coat maintenance before leaving. Great place would recommend and will definitely be returning next month!

someone i know had a small dog whose fur was incredibly matted. lili’s pet grooming helped so much and the dog is much more comfortable now!

I have brought all my dogs here a chihuahua, a lab, goldendoodle, and standard poodles and this place did a great job with the grooms and the baths. I will be back.
