I love Bertha she is amazing. My dog doesn't like when I give her baths so I take her to Bertha so I'm not the bad guy and she always comes back do clean and fresh smelling. We couldn't be happier.

Cut was way shorter than expected, kinda like a lion cut, also there were cotton balls left in our cats ears, not sure if that's supposed to be like that

Bertha is an amazing person! She has such love and care for animals. Bertha was trained as a veterinarian and has provided great benefit for our Schnoodles, Woody and Buzz. She has removed ticks, watched out for fleas and taken care of all aspects of our dogs -including giving us medication at times.

She does a great job on my dog.. Great prices

Bertha is highly professional, responsive, and passionate about pets. Her products, attention to detail, and finesse in treating my dogs have been insuperable. Very professional and informative about different treatments and shampoos in case your dog might have any allergies. Did exactly what I asked for in where not to cut and do. Most importantly my dog liked her and behaved way better than when he’s with me. I’m definitely making her my Papillons groomer for now on.

Bertha did an excellent job clipping my dogs nails. Her kind, reassuring manner calmed my dog so completely he did not want to leave the salon. ????

Bertha injured my dog's left eye which led to about three days of torture. To make matters worse, she did not admit to her mistake and put my dad (my day-care worker) through the trouble of filing a small claim in court for the emergency …

Took my cat to Bertha for grooming last week and it was certainly a good experience! Bertha was really friendly and nice. She herself has two young kittens in the store but that wasn’t a problem at all as my cat enjoyed their company.

She did amazing with my two dogs who are normally very anxious and nervous. She was very patient and caring. ????????
