They have good prices and a wide selection of items. The staff was friendly which is always a +. This was my 1st time visiting this store. I was at the dollar store picking up craft items when I saw this pet store. I needed cat and bunny food,, which they had so I was happy.. I enjoyed my visit to this store and will happily be returning.

The store has a good selection of dog food and supplies. Appreciate the self serve bathing stations for our big German Shepherd!

Always have what I want and more.

I picked up my cyber Monday purchase was glad to be assisted by Lisa. She was very helpful and despite having a ton of online orders to fill. She answered my call before the store was officially opened and helped me complete my “stuck” credit card purchase to make sure I don’t lose my cyber Monday discount. Great customer service!

Last Sunday visit that store. All staff is very helpful and friendly, felt like more welcome than Petco. Specially girl who help for vaccine line and Cashier guy who guided me everything for my new kitten. He knows how to go extra mile for customers, he don’t mind walk with choose items what I need, then he helped me loaded in my car without I’m asking. It’s my first visit really happy! I’m decided go back therr today for my dog grooming and new kitten vaccine.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We bought our fish for our new aquarium here. Minimal loss so the fish they get are of good quality. I've been back for other aquarium items, food, heater, and so on. I've had a few fish die recently, not purchased from this store. The manager was very helpful offering solutions, advice on products, even offered to replace a fish that wasn't purchased there. They test aquarium water as well. I haven't bought any dog food there (we have 3 Dachshunds) but from what I saw the selection overall was extensive. Highly recommend this store. The manager even gave me some aquarium water conditioner balls on the house!

This store is always clean and the staff is awesome and available to assist to my every need. There is always parking in front and they do have curb service. I also like that they have items that many other pet stores don't carry and the prices good.

They can't keep stuff in stock. I go in there and see folks talking when they could be restocking. Just very Bazar. Youd think they'd worry about stocking first THEN sitting and bs'ing

I always get such great service in this store! They’re always friendly and helpful and when my dog peed in the store ???????????? the guy insisted he clean it up instead of me and he was almost cheerful about it. This is a great addition to Pleasanton and I really hope they do well long-term.

Pet Supplies Plus carries great variety, the prices are competitive against online alternatives, and the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. I usually go in-store to purchase, but have also tried their online/curbside pickup option - which is just as effective. Even though Pet Supplies Plus is a chain, they give off the localized neighborhood vibe other big-box pet stores lack. They're absolutely fantastic. Me and my army of cats, fish, and reptiles are absolutely grateful that PSP is close by.

First time at the store, it was great for self wash and some other pet supplies we needed.

Great place, has everything we need for our animals. From food for the cats, equipment for the tortoise, turtles, or bearded dragon, to random toys for the sugargliders its all here! The staff is friendly and super helpfull!

This store is the best, with the best customer service and best grooming salon. Josh (the owner) has a great personality and will always go an extra mile to help you with your needs. His crew members are carefully handpicked.They are vey helpful and knowledgeable about what they are selling. I shouldn’t forget to mention Heather, the groomer. She’s the best: she handles her clients with so much care and love! Her service is awesome! Thank you to all of you for making each trip to you store a pleasant experience!!!

Great place for pet supplies. If you've never tried their dried fish skin jerky for dogs do so. Your dog will love it and he/she will have the softest coat of fur ever.

My favorite pet supplies store!

Took my Goldendoodle in yesterday for her grooming appointment. Was so relieved to see staff wearing masks, having plastic shields at the cash register, disinfection their spaces, hand sanitizing after each transaction. I was nervous about taking my girl in - but knew her health would suffer without a professional grooming (it had been well over due). Pet Supply Plus is clean with a terrific staff! Thank you!
