This is a great vet. He took his time to let Georgina come to him on the floor despite his back issues. Although it was a one time appt since I was just visiting San Francisco, he treated us like we are long time costumers. Thanks!

DO NOT GO HERE. I brought my family's dog in today to treat an urgent issue and it was a terrible experience from beginning to end. First off, I waited over an hour even though I made an appointment (the lady next to me was also experiencing the same problem), once my dog FINALLY got seen there was just something off with the staff - quite frankly the experience felt shady. We left with medication and a promise to never return, HOWEVER a few hours later I get a voicemail (image attached) saying that they might have given us the wrong medicine. There have been other reviews of this same issue happening. These are people's pets - the lack of professionalism and due diligence is concerning.

Very nice staff, clean premises, polite and professional. There charges are also reasonable. I really appreciate Dr. Chaudhri for taking care of my dog and answering patiently to all my concerns. Glad I found them.

We took our puppy, who jumped and fractured her leg. We were really worried and panicked at the time. But after talking to Dr Surya, we got confidence that she will be fine. Dr Surya set her bones so well aligned that we didn't needed a surgery. The staff and all are friendly and service oriented. They provided very good service at reasonable price. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good doctor for their pet.

Please do not go! They cut my cats claws without consent. I am not comfortable with those types of decisions being made without consent of owner, who knows what other operations may have been delt without consent. Even if the concern is with aggressive behavior please let owner know. I am now discovering this amd feel bad for may cat he literally has know claws right now and it will take time to grow back ????

Tldr: they mislabeled my dog's medications, failed to call me back when I expressed concern with my dog's well-being, and were fairly rude when faced with their mistakes. I brought my dog in here for help after we noticed some mobility issues. We were in town visiting family and they got us in same day. There was a lot of waiting involved, but I would honestly chalk that up to it being a Sunday. Not a problem. We were sent home with medication about 4 hours later. They called the next morning to follow up and I explained that she was not doing well, wouldn't eat or drink and seemed super out of it. I was told they would call me back once a technician arrived. 7 hours later, I had not received a call back. I figured out that the medications this clinic provided were mislabeled. My dog was not doing well because she was double dosed with one medication and got none of the other medication. I called to discuss this and was hung up on the first time. The second time, I did get through to the vet, Dr. Zimowzki, who said it's not a problem that we double dosed her. When I told the vet that I spoke with someone there about the problem and nobody called me back, I was told "well we don't just sit around doing nothing" and "well I wasn't given that message." There was no apology or explanation given that would give me any confidence to bring my dog back to this place. Strongly recommend against this location if you have any other options. Far too expensive for the level of care provided.

Beware! Dr. Surya Chaudhri performed a completely unnecessary procedure on my 6 month old puppy, without providing proper guidance, explanation or consultation. My puppy is in much worse health condition as a direct result of this, and I'm sincerely worried about long term side effects. This doctor gave a medication for severe itching and inflammation (without telling us what it was), when my dog had neither condition. It was only after the injection that his coworker let us know to expect severe side effects. We did NOT consent. My puppy is in real pain now. It's heartbreaking. There are SIGNIFICANT ethical issues with this place. It's fairly clear to me that the doctor prescribed an unnecessary medicine for revenue purposes. For your own pet's safety, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Please message me before coming if you have any questions. I hope your pet doesn't have to go through what mine is.

Took in our Maltese for an ear treatment. While other clinics were charging us outrageous prices, Dr. Chaudhri’s office gave us a reasonable price and wonderful service. The Doctor explained everything that was needed to be done and now our pet is feeling great. We definitely recommend their services for our loving pets.

Took in my cat on a Sunday when my regular vet was closed. For that they got the one star. Due to covid, they do the curbside drop off. First of all, as a vet you should know to talk about my beloved pet by its name or at least species. They kept using "your dog or cat" (literally just look and you will know if it's a dog or cat) or "your animal". Seriously? It's in your chart! After I dropped off my cat at 11 30, I sat in my car in 85 degree weather until 1 pm, where no one bothered to contact me. Eventually I called and they wanted $750 for all possible tests and IV fluids. I refused the IV fluids (which they gave her anyway and charged me for, eventhough they had specifically told me that they wouldn't charge me). Eventually they told me that my 'animal' was in a 'cage' and they were supposedly monitoring her. Around 3 pm I called and they wanted to send me to the emergency hospital for $3000 worth of tests.I refused and was told to come pick her up at 4 30. From 11 30 to 4 30, in a new place, where I don't have a clue what is happening to my cat, they didn't offer my cat water or food. $800 later, I had no diagnosis and had to take her to her regular vet for a real vet appointment. They also tried to double charge me for tests! The guy bringing my cat out in her crate, was just carrying her like a briefcase. My poor sick cat looked panicked. Never again!

This place is shady. I had a cat that was coughing. I knew she would need X-rays and was asking around to find a full service vet. I called this place and they gave me reasonable prices. When I brought my cat in they not only inflated the prices, they did their best to up sell me and subject my cat to procedures she did not need or remotely related to my cats illness. They tried to convince me my cat has a fever and was in desperate need of fluids to lower temperature. I’m not new to cat ownership and can tell you cats temperature runs hot. And a temperature of 102 is not uncommon. When refused the fluid treatment they wanted to test my cat for leukemia. I have indoor cats who never stepped foot outside a day in their life. All of my cats has been tested. When I refused to have another useless procedure done they told me to look elsewhere for services and told me to leave.

Dr. Chaudhri has treated all of my, and my family’s dogs. Since day one, he has treated all of us like family. He is honest, reliable, caring, and a straight shooter. He doesn’t mince words, or assume you went to medical school and can understand all the jargon. His dedication to our pets has been evident in every interaction we have had with him. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.

This is the best clinic in the bay area and Dr. Chaudri's knowledge, compassion, and care of the pets is exceptional. Over time I have taken three dogs to Dr. Chaudhri for treatment and I couldn't be more satisfied. Dr. Chaudhri's kind and professional demeanor has even inspired my children to want to go to vetrinary school and become like him when they grow up! I can't thank you enough, Dr. Chaudhri, for what you do daily for the pets and for what you have done for our us over the years.

Unresponsive is the first word that comes to mind after my first visit here. It was a curbside appointment at 3:30pm, that I arrived a few minutes early for. I called in and they said someone would be out to help me in about 10 mins. 30 minutes later I call again and the receptionist gasped when I told her I was still waiting. That let me know I was literally forgotten about as I have a sick, anxious cat waiting in my car. The veterinarian was nice over the phone and said blood work would take 30-40 minutes. I call an hour and a half later, and again I get a response, "Oh yeah! Let's talk about the blood work." When my cat was finally brought back to me, neither tech had a mask on and the man holding the carrier wasn't holding it carefully, letting it bounce against his leg and swing about. I do not want my poor, sick kitty to be thrown about in his carrier after getting work done. That was absolutely unacceptable! I ended up sitting in my car for FOUR hours for an exam and blood work. They never once took the initiative to contact me or communicate with me. Why do I have to call in over and over again in order for them to finally do their jobs? I am absolutely never going back to this establishment, especially after seeing how my cat was finally brought back out to me. I was livid and hugely disappointed in the "care" I paid such a high price for!

Great value and service. Had my pup spayed for 1/2 the price of other clinics and it went perfectly. Just don't add all the unnecessary options.

I have been a customer here for a couple of years before but after my most recent visit I will not be going back. I went for the vaccine clinic and called beforehand to confirm the vaccinations were $15. When I got my bill I was charged 3 times that on one vaccination and 2x times that on another. I was told those vaccinations were excluded. Of course they were! I don't appreciate the bait and switch at this place. Do yourself a favor and go to a different vet that won't falsely advertise on their website and lie over the phone to get you in to get you to pay significantly more than they say they will. It is VERY easy for them to put a disclaimer on their website that says 'some vaccinations not included'. Very unprofessional.

Please DO NOT USE ANY SERVICES WITH THIS CLINIC!!! Highly unprofessional staff. I am a professional breeder and was very exited to find this place at the beginning, BUT! on my very first visit they injected vaccine in my hand instead of my pet. I was holding my cat and they just missed!!!! Unbelievable!!!! I was more than upset, but my husband convinced me to try them again and not to report them. My second visit they tried to charge me for an additional treatment that I didn't ask for. If I wasn't a professional breeder I might have fallen for their scam. I asked them to cancel immediately and they got upset that I figured out their trick!!! On my third visit they tried to sell me medications for triple price. For example the ointment is $60 instead of $14, antibiotics $60 instead of $24, drops $60 instead of $20 etc. Insane!! I am familiar with vet market more then any client, just because I am a breeder and have to handle a lot of issues. I am familiar with prices and services on a market. PLEASE DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES. YOU HAVE PLENTY OF OTHER NICE CLINICS AROUND!!!! STAY AWAY!!! P.S. since I told them all that, they asked me not to call them. They are an untrustworthy place! Be aware!

Today I contacted the office for an appointment and I was informed that I was no longer welcome there as I was not happy about an office visit. This is news to me as I don't recall any conflict or difficulty with an office visit. What I do recall is that when I called them a few months ago for an estimate for a dental cleaning I was given a reasonable price in the three to four hundred dollar range. However, when My wife went to take our dog in she was quoted a price near a thousand dollars. As a result, we decided to forego the dental cleaning. If they keep kicking out clients who choose to not have a procedure done, then they will not be in business for long. BEWARE with their pricing policies!

We had to put down our dog yesterday and although it was an absolutely heartbreaking time Dr. Chaudhri and his staff made us feel comfortable and cared for. He was straight forward with her prognosis and accommodated us needing more time with her. He was so gentle and caring with her every step of the way and we couldn’t be more thankful. We just moved to the area and have found our new vet for our other kiddos. Amazing man, amazing vet.

The Vet was Nice. Other than that don’t take your pet there. The staff forgot to give me medicine. They don’t follow up on your animal. They are more focused on getting back to the break room
