We appreciate the entire staff during a very hard time. It's never easy saying goodbye to your family member. The staff was compassionate and patient.

This was our first time. I must say how impressed I was with the staff and the Doctor. She was great at explaining every thing.

Our first visit to the Washington Square Vet Clinic was a success: from the front desk staff, to our tech, to Dr. B - each person was kind, professional, attentive, and loving toward my peculiar gal, Hazel. Others pluses: reception area is clean and bright, no scary vet smells to freak out the dog, proactive next-appointment-making, and plenty of parking with a Pete's coffee next door. Vaccines for Hazel, caffeine for me. Thank you!

First time customer, brought my small breed dog in for a checkup and was super happy with Dr Sharon's compassion, professionalism and love for animals. She explained and recommended things to me and it was an overall great experience for my timid girl. The front desk gals we're great, too. Thank you for caring as much about her health as I do!!

The Veterinarian, Sharon Johnson, took time to speak to me in length about my dog's check up. I got the information I needed, in length, to make smart decisions regarding her health going forward.

I had a physical/vaccine appointment booked for about a month. There seems to be something glitchy about their website that needs ironing out. 1) The day before my appointment I got another reminder saying we needed to book this appointment and that appointments are hard to come by making me think they didn't actually book my appointment online (it was still there luckily, but stressful thinking it may not have been). 2) when I arrived they said no one could go in with the dog, he has some unique intricacies that need explanation. The email and the link to book the appointment said nothing of this and there was no exception. Now that we are in the red tier and vets are eligible for COVID vaccines under Phase1A, you can get haircuts, get dental cleanings, eat outside at restaurants, I asked if things will be changing their restrictions soon. The receptionist laughed at me and said they would lift the restrictions "when COVID ends" (didn't make me feel too good). With everything else opening up, I didn't think my question was laughable. We canceled it. I don't know this vet well enough to not be present for his visit and we have had pretty iffy vet appointments in the past at other places.

Caring vets and staff. They take the time to talk with you and understand, appreciate, and address all concerns.

Extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Have trusted then with our animals for years. Our puppies recent spay and gastropexy incision is doing very well.

My cat has asthma, she needs steroid and antibiotic injections periodically. I got an appointment for a great time slot when I called. They met me at the car and took her in -- Covid-19 distancing -- and brought her back. The staff is wonderful.

The staff and doctors are so kind and will bend over backwards to accommodate any need your pet has. We have been taking our pets to them for 20+ years and they have provided consistently excellent service and attentive detail. Our cat had severe digestive issues and Dr. Sharon quickly got to the root of the problem and our cat is doing very well and is able to eat and gain weight and is no longer sluggish & sick. They make you feel so welcome and treat your pet with such care. I highly recommend WSV to everyone who loves their pet...and WHO DOESNT LOVE THEIR PET?????

I love Dr Sharon Johnson. She is warm and caring and treats my pets and me as if we were family. Her explanations are clear and understandable... her diagnosis and treatment suggestions, spot on. With decades of experience I am confident that Dr Johnson knows the best course of action for my dogs' continued good health. The staff is also outstanding. Each member works to make both pets and their parents feel comfortable and safe. The procedures used during the pandemic made me feel ok about leaving my dog for surgery. Got me in last minute for vaccinations I needed to board my dog. The people were friendly and took great care of my fur baby. Glad I found a great vet in the area!

Sharon Johnson DVM was exceptionally supportive and caring..! She provided phone calls and and extra time to help us and our cat, Pippin, with his unfortunately terminal diagnosis. Staff was very helpful and caring with our puppy. The puppy had a reaction to shots and they saw and treated the reaction without further service charges which I thought was really decent of them. Most would have recharged us. Thanks again for your compassion
