Saw a racoon in-person for the first time in my life so I was excited. I love this Sanctuary's mission and what they do. Really loved the tour and learning about the what we can do to live more mindfully with our wildlife and I love the services they offer as well. Very interested in buying an owl box from them when I have my own house someday.

I'm a schoolbus driver... this is my favorite field trip for all the kids my coworkers and I get to bring here... an important message about conservation and habitat infringements and some ways we can learn to coexist... a great educational fun experience

Thank-you so much for coming to pick up a sick injured raccoon so quickly. I called 5 different animal organizations before a friend referred me to your wildlife rescue.

They sell predator skat ( ie mountain lion poop) to spread in my yard to help keep raccoons and opossums out of my yard. Super knowledgable and helpful staff!

These folks do an amazing job of caring for the animals and educating the public. Would highly recommend they change the required age for children to ten and above. Younger than that is stressful on the animals with all the crying and screaming going on.

This is a great place to visit for a tour for adults or families with kids. Learn about the wildlife that live among us, ask animal experts about humane exclusion methods for animal nuisances in your home or business and support the endeavors of this wonderful community project. Check out their educational animals who are ambassadors for our wildlife neighbors, wild animals who for various reasons cannot be released back into the wild. This organization helps our wild friends who are found sick and injured to recover and return home! -former volunteer

Great for kids. You have to call first to make an appointment to visit. Interesting and and informed guide gave us a great tour. Took questions and comments from all including my eccentric 9 year old who tends toward rambling stories. Great time and good information about Sonoma county wildlife.

Rude, Obnoxious, Condescending...extremely unhelpful. Called for a possible rabid animal...took 3 hours to get back then gave me a ration of guff both the emergency line and the person there. Needs to be defunded and animal rescue moved to a responsible county agency with oversight...they claim no one is in charge....audit time?

Our experience with Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue was bad from beginning to end. We brought an injured squirrel. From the person who did the intake on our squirrel to receptionist who informed us about his death, nobody there showed or expressed any care or compassion. We loved this little squirrel, but to your team, it was just another squirrel. I'm sure you do amazing work, but your staff needs training on how to interact with customers and with the public. I come from a solid customer service background, and your team needs a lot of work. Very disappointed.

Great job! A staff member came out and captured/rescued an injured fox. She was very concerned about the trauma on the fox in coaxing it out from under my deck. She finally crawled under my deck and captured the fox with her hands wearing heavy gloves. Unbelievable! I have donated to the website.

Found an injured raccoon by the side of the road and called these folks. A volunteer came fairly quickly and took her to the rescue center. I had a followup call the next day with a status - without care for her shock, that raccoon probably would have died. These folks make a difference.
