Remodeling, so right now the store is a bit of a mess. Can't wait till they open the other half of the store and restock their shelves.

The speed at which the order was ready (less than an hour!) and the kindness of the staff (Mario and Ken) at the Petaluma store was appreciated. It was our first online order / pick up in person experience and pleased to report that we are very happy!!

Marcus is the worst employee at petco and somehow is the manager all I wanted was a fish and he had a million reasons why I shouldn’t get it and it’s the fish I came here for there was 7 in 1 small tank and then he tries to tell me I need a 50 gallon tank for 1 ????????‍♂️shidiots these days

I just moved here from Wisconsin, and was struggling to find a groomer for my little Bichonapoo. Petco to the rescue! Taryn and Alexis did an amazing job grooming her, she looks fabulous! They also were very patient with her, as she is a little drama queen, lol!

Use the same groomer twice she did a sub standard job trimming my poodle I will take my dog elsewhere hopefully to find a better groomer it’s just my luck!

Excellent personnel at check stand. The young man asked if I had a reward card I said I didn't. He asked if I would like one and in a personal way described the perks smiling the entire time, and yes even with his mask on you could tell he was smiling. Excellent customer service!

Went into Petco on Saturday around 12 in the afternoon, my fish had died. I was told 2 days earlier that I needed a sample of my water. I had brought in the fish and receipt but the lady had threw out the fish in the trash and my receipt I had left at home because I was told I only needed the water sample. Well when I went to get another one I had been HELPED by the manager Maddy she has explained what I needed for the next time if this happen and let me tell you HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME AND RESPECTFUL! I am very satisfied with the service she gave me. She had a great personality and great customer service and don’t change that thank you!!! I will be going back to the Petco in Petaluma for now on!

They have a toy that my cat really loves.

The store is clean and well organized. Just like the Petco on SR Ave, there were few employees on the floor to help. Once I found one, he was very helpful. But you have to go out of your way to find/ask for help. I got my dog groomed at the SR Petco location and they did a great job. Also got the pet vaccinations via their mobile service that comes during different times of the month/year. Both locations are good for pet accessories and services.
