We really appreciate Dawg Groomer!! One of our two dogs is, in the groomer's words, "An 11...(on a 10 point scale of difficulty to handle), but they still give her the care she needs. We are so glad that they are here in Petaluma!!

Each time my dog was groomed there (3 times) the pricing was increased without upfront conversation about what's included. When I inquired about the fees, the shop owner proceeded to argue with me rather than understand where I was coming from. Terrible communication, terrible ethics.
