I adore the Brandner team and if my buddy Khan knew how much they were helping him to thrive, he would too. His recent dog altercation injuries are now healing well and he’s back to his happy, active self. Gratitude to Brandner!

We love our experience at Bradner. The customer service, communication and knowledge of Dr.Pham and the staff is exceptional. The peace of mind they’ve given me about the health of my dog through their professionalism and clear communication of the plan of treatment is priceless.

Kind, humane, experienced and informed professionals at all levels of care/service at this vet. We are lucky to have such great care for our pets. Pricing appears comparable to other local vets, I'd assume, but wouldn't go anywhere else, so can't say for sure.

Honesty and integrity from the doctors. Staff is compassionate and flexible. When I need an appointment on short notice, I can get one because the staff gets it that my pet needs the appointment. Plus the doctors have superb clinical judgement.

Our dogs & my parents dogs have been patients of Brander's since Dr. Brander was the vet. We only left, because we moved away. Hope to find the same type of care in our new location.

As, for the veterinarians knowledge and interactions with their patients and owners... I have nothing to complain about. As for a front office staff member named Chelsea (if I remember correctly), she gives the Vet office itself a bad name as she is completely unprofessional and does to have the personal skills needed to interact with the customers. They were unable to see my rabbit who was ill and I couldn't find any vet that would see him... he later died in my arms writhing in pain and there was nothing I could do. I called the vets later that day to communicate that perhaps they could at least given him pains meds so he could have in died in peace, but she began to become hostile and hung up the phone. I called make thinking in was a mistake and she said it wasn't. I told her she could have at least communicated that she was hanging up and this time she said goodbye and hung up on me again. Then next day I, in a very gentle and respectful way I tried to communicate my feelings with her on how she interacted with me... not to get her in trouble, but to show her the perspective of a pet owner that just lost their pet. She refused to listen, to me, said the vet would never see my animals again, and hung up on me (I actually recorded the phone call so her vet and supervisor could hear how she interacts with customers). That's sad that a vet will no longer see my animals because of this. I will be trying to reach out to her supervisor. Update.... I spoke with the manager of the front office staff (in a calm and respectful way) today who did listen to my side of the story, but had already sided with her staff member. I tried to communicate how rude her staff member was over the phone and she responded to me that it's not appropriate for me to act like I know more than they do and correct someone. I don't think I "know more than they do", but I'm a firm believer that you address someone when they have come across rudely to you multiple occasions... that's how all of us become become better at our jobs. Soooo... anyways... she said the office will no longer see any of my pets because of this situation. It really shows you the maturity level when they are unwilling as an office to see where they might need to change, especially when it's done respectfully. I have notified the rabbit rescues I have a connections with and other websites to find another vet for their bunnies.

Brandner took excellent care of my fur babies. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I could tell they all cared about our pets. I highly recommend this hard working Veterinary practice.

I've taken my animals here for years and they always give the most care and respect to my pets. If your thinking of going to the big animal hospital. Do your self a favor. Save some money and come here.

This vet hospital is amazing. They are affordable, provide great service and are staffed with incredibly kind people. They were there for us when our rabbit stopped eating a couple years ago, and nursed him back to health. Now we have a cat and they've been there for us with her too.

We have been taking our dogs and cats to Brandner for 20 years. We and our pets are always welcomed and well cared for. Routine nail clips, once resisted, are now welcomed as Nikita warmly carries our dog, Juneau, back for his care. Dr Pfann deeply cares for the welfare of both our pets and our family and in a very professional and knowledgeable manner, has walked us through some difficult times.

My pet is dying. I asked to be seen. My research showed there was a common medicine that the vet could prescribed if he just would see my pet. They refused to see it today and for the rest of this week. They said they could not schedule it even the following week without checking with the doctor. And they will get back to me at 5:30 to see if I can get an appointment next week for my pet that may die today.

We have used brandner for our cats for over 35 years. That's a lot of cats. They always take the time to listen and have the pet's welfare in mind. Dr. Pfann, the owner, is very personable and dr. Castro, whom I've seen lately, is really interested in serving the customer. Recently I brought my ten-year-old cat in for a bad infection. Not only did they recommend a more inexpensive treatment since I'm comfortable giving meds to my cat, they now have a follow-up by text service that allows me to update them on his condition, and ask questions. The only problem right now is that they are so busy I can't get same-day appointments.

While everyone is courteous here I felt the Dr was too clinical and just spoke at me rather than explain & educate. He seemed indifferent to me and my dog. A heartworm test was recommended as precaution and completed but nothing else was discussed or recommended. You'd think after the results someone would discuss the next step or ongoing treatment or maintenance. Overall it felt too impersonal; I did ask questions to educate myself but the answers were short and robotic.

We LOVE the staff. LOVE them! And Dr. Pfann is so knowledgeable. I trust all of them. Plus my dog loves them so that's saying something. No fear at all, just joyful butt wiggles when she races in the door for her appointment.
