The staff was great with my two kittens! Great follow up! Everyone should use them! I hear they now have a horse doc too full time!

I have enjoyed my experience with the veterinarian and work done but have had issues with how rude the staff can be at times. Especially when you call over the phone. Also their prices are quite high compared to some.

We had an emergency on a Friday before a 3 day holiday. I must have called 10 vets that would not help us. When I called Sierra Oaks, they were more than happy to get my puppy in to treat her and we had a great 3 day holiday!!

My GSD mix had an abscess probably from a foxtail that I was unaware of until it burst! I called every vet in town and they were all booking out at least a week and said I'd have to go to Marqueen. If it were a true emergency I'd have no problem with that, but I could clearly see inside the wound, it had drained with no evidence of debris, so forking out hundreds of dollars just to be seen for an antibiotic Rx, not to mention an hour drive there and back, is kinda ridiculous. I called Sierra Oaks and they were able to squeeze us in the same day! Even with COVID protocols the wait wasn't too bad, the tech was courteous and professional and clearly knew how to handle my 90 lb crybaby, and delivered him back with antibiotics as I expected. Easy peasy. They also kindly didn't charge the same day fee, but just the normal rate. Couldn't have gone smoother. I have three dogs and will definitely be back!
