Serra is great girl. And as gentle as she can be. She is very professional in her job. She loves taking care pets. Dogs. I follow her all on social media and see her happy and taking dogs on a walk. Doing what a pet care person does. As you can see her true clients that never had a problem with her business leaves good reviews as well. Those negative comments mean nothing. Who wants to harass Serra. Serra great. She willing to work with you. She is very professional. Super sweet. Believe me when I say she will take a great care of your pet.

This person is very unprofessional. She asked for money upfront but only requested it after owners were on vacation. Never mentioning it and not including it in the paperwork. Owners had to come home early and pay for a return flight. Then she calls animal control on the owners! For no reason other than to hurt them. Animal control found nothing wrong, the pets see the vet regularly and are well taken care of. The old dog had a growth that isn't a tumor and removal would risk her life. The younger dog is healthy and well taken care of. She is a childish revenge seeker. The dog owner is disabled and this has made his life very difficult right now. This is amazing to encounter someone so heartless and mean to hurt a disabled man and to risk the well being of his dogs. She should be ashamed of herself. I hope God forgives her actions. Please be advised that this person should not be allowed to take care of your pets.

Serra is filled with love and shows it through the way she treats people and animals. These negative comments are crazily wrong. I would trust Serra with my pets in a heartbeat. She will treat your pets with love and respect as if they were her own.

I've known Serra since elementary school and she has always shown a love for animals , on a level that I or an adverage person could not connect to. She's very generous and considerate of those around her, and takes her business very seriously; especially as a young entrepreneur. I would leave not only my animals in her care but my child ( Toddler 2yrs ) as well. All reviews should be factual and not dependent on third party sources.

Serra is very professional and I love that she sends pictures of my pets while she is taking care of them. Very sweet, kind, and caring girl!!

I have used Estero Bat Pet Care for the last 2+ years and Serra has never been anything but completely professional. She has come to my house at the last minute to check on my dogs when I left in a hurry and thought I left the trash accessible to them, and has come over when I was out of town and was in a panic over not being able to reach my house sitter. She has always been consistent and on time with every visit. She is amazing with my dogs and always sends me a picture after walking them, and a follow up text just to set my mind at ease. I would absolutely recommend Serra and am confident you will not be disappointed!!

Serra is incredible! She takes amazing care of my two cats and is just a lovely person to deal with in general. She always sends me videos and photos, and I can tell how much my cats enjoy seeing her. She's also extremely flexible, so I can call her on a moments notice to come by my place. She also is able to do other small things around my house if needed (mail, watering plants) if I'm gone for a long amount of time. It's really hard to find an AFFORDABLE pet sitter you can trust with your animals and house, but it's SO nice to know that I can count on Serra to take care of everything.

Serra is very professional and responsible. She knew exactly how to interact with all my animals; dogs and reptiles. She is very nice to me every time we meet and she is very sweet towards my animals. I would choose Serra to take care of my animals over anyone else. She's the best pet sitter in town, hands down.
