We just moved to LA and sitter4paws have been just like family. Anytime we need they would be ready to take care of our sweet mellow cat Mia. Last time we were away for almost 3 weeks and I guess Mia was pretty upset when she realized we were back home ???? big shout out to Dulce, who sent us amazing pictures and was very nice in all her reports. We are very grateful to have found Sitter4paws!

Sitter4Paws has been great every time we have asked for their help. It's hard leaving your pets while away but they do a great job taking care of them. Easy to set up and book a sitter. Shout-out to Laura — she has been our sitter each time and we love the notes and pictures she shares after every stay. It's like she is a part of the family even if we have never met in person. Couldn't recommend more.

Sitter4Paws took care of our three cats (and plants) while we were gone for a week+. They were very responsive, updated us every day with photos and a summary of the visit and were overall a pleasure to deal with. Whenever we go on our next trip I plan to use them again and would happily recommend them to our friends.

I was very happy with the care Sitter4Paws provided for my cat while I was out of town. They provided daily email updates with pictures, and followed all instructions to the letter. They also helped recommended what kind of lockbox to use since I hadn’t used one before. Online payment and app was easy to use. All in all, a very pleasant and convenient service!

I've used this service a few times during the holidays and they're fantastic! The staff is extremely reliable and communicative. They always send numerous updates on my cat along with pictures and everything. I've always had a good experience and would totally recommend.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was planning a short trip and I decided to hire this company to take care of my pet. The consultation went well and all arrangements seemed to have been made but when I got back, I found that NO ONE TOOK CARE OF MY PET WHILE I WAS GONE. When I called the company, I found that for some reason they had changed the date to two days AFTER I GOT BACK FROM MY TRIP. They were never able to explain to me why they unilaterally changed the date on my reservation, and even went on to imply that it was my fault because I should've double checked the date before I left. The people who work at this company don't seem to have any integrity. Be very careful if you do business with them. "He kept asking for something more..." This isn't true at all. After they no-showed I never asked for a refund, or to reschedule, or for anything else. The charge to me was only $10, which isn't a lot and which I'm prepared to write-off. What bothers me more are the communication difficulties and putting words in my mouth which seem to be ongoing at this company. I suspect that they don't want to fully accept responsibility for what happened and want to continue to shift some of that to me, the customer. That's how this company does things. If as a pet owner you decide to put the care of your pet in their hands, I'm sure that under normal circumstances things will turn out ok. But as soon as communications start to fray and unforeseen difficulties start to emerge, don't expect too much from this company. It would probably be better just to find a different pet sitter, someone who's a bit more reliable.

Sitter 4 Paws has been nothing but INCREDIBLE for me! I have had 2 cats since using their services and they are reliable... detail oriented.. and pay attention to my cats specific needs. Some people and services I have used in the past I can't tell if they just phoned it in or not. Sitter 4 Paws explains each cat to a tee. They explain how they cuddle versus play... and send pics of cleaning the litter, playing with them, giving them cuddles... and have NEVER missed an appointment. I LOVE this company!!!
