Great service and the staff is always friendly ! They are very accommodating and patient with our pups. Even our Penny likes to visit and lounge on the furniture.

The service I received in the morning compared to the afternoon is night and day. The morning was very prompt and staff was extremely professional and courteous. Everything was handled very well. In the afternoon, the service was terrible. I was frustrated that I had to wait for over an hour just to pick up my dog when they said he was ready. The Doctor wanted to review the X-rays so I get it. But when I asked the tech (glasses, bald) why there was so many staff members in the morning and none in the afternoon, he became very defensive and said “where do you work? What job do you do? Do YOU have all the staff there?” Then he said we’re short staffed. Okay, he could have just said sorry, we’re short staffed from the beginning. Simple and enough of an explanation. Done. It’s the fact that he had to literally talk to me in a demeaning way that was very unprofessional. I will not be coming back here. On top of that, I spent $700 on my dogs UTI and X-ray.

CAUTION. My pup had an appt w/ Dr. Budde, who is very nice. However, there were some worries about billing. As a first time customer, you pay online prior to the appt. However, when you come in for your appt, they charge you again. As I was waiting in the lobby for a while, I saw this happen to multiple people including myself. Twice I had to ask they remove this redundant charge. Finally, after a long wait they “found” the payment and subtracted it. On an additional note, they book only 15 minute appointments and have no real time, even for a first appt, to take much care.

I am so grateful for the veterinary care rendered to our beloved Queen Lei. Dr. Budde made sure we covered all bases and developed a well thought out treatment plan.

Had a great first visit to Petsadena/Dr. Erika Budde. Brought my senior dog in for arthritis evaluation and treatment recommendations. The entire staff - front desk, vet tech, Dr. Budde - was professional, friendly, and seemed genuinely concerned about my pet and her needs. All staff were very knowledgeable, more than willing to answer my many questions, and handled my old girl with gentleness and calm patience. My time with Dr. Budde was not rushed, she provided her recommendations but didn't push anything on me. She answered my many questions and seemed extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date on current treatments (I did extensive Google research before my appointment so I could ask relevent questions about treatment options.) Came up with a plan for evaluation and diagnostics (x-rays and blood work) to see where we were at and what treatment(s) would be appropriate for my specific pet. Dr. Budde didn't quote prices as she explained she focused on the medical part and her staff handled the business end which I think is great. I was provided with a itemized invoice for my approval before going forward and definitely didn't feel pressured to accept everything (although I did because everything was thoroughly explained by Dr. Budde.) We'll be going back for laser treatments and acupuncture which I was already interested in due to my research. Very nice clinic, well run, and efficient despite getting pretty busy later in the afternoon. Small parking lot in front of facility but street parking and an adjacent parking lot available. Overall, I am very pleased with our experience and glad to find such caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable medical caregivers for my beloved girl.

The vets are very attentive and gentle with the animals, they actually treat your pet like their own! My cats hate coming to the vet but it’s so much easier when the staff is kind and shows your pet love! Highly recommend this place!

We have a Boston, Louie and since we moved here we have been coming to Petsadena. We have recieved nothing but exceptional care. Everyone from the Reception staff to the Vet techs to the Vets themselves have always been outstanding. Are they busy, yes. Do they still take the time to explain everything, again yes. We would not go anywhere else.

After an acute injury of the leg my pup was in so much pain and this place fit her in the same day. I wasn’t even a client (we will be now though). I called other places and they wouldn’t fit her in even though my dog was in pain. This place has heart. Everyone was so friendly and are clearly animal lovers.

We foster cats and kittens and we bring them here for urgent checkups. Making an appointment is easy as we do it online, and the curb side pick up with video or phone call makes it so easy. The doctor and staff members here are so nice and knowledgeable. They really remember their patients. The price is higher for us non-profit foster care givers but they're definitely a great vet for your lovely fur-family.

I've been taking my adult cat to Petsadena for the past year and they have the most compassionate, comprehensive, and quality care I've seen in a veterinary practice. Everyone who works there is extremely professional-- even with the complications that have come from COVID, they've made visits accessible, easy, and stress-free for my pet.

I was calling to establish care for my two dogs. I was on hold for 10 minutes and someone was going to check the schedule and placed me back on hold. Waited for over 30 minutes then tried calling back and couldn’t get through. Then got an automated text with someone saying they would reach out shortly. Probably isn’t a good sign as far as service goes. It shouldn’t take >45 min to schedule a new patient appt.

I could not have loved the experience more! Dr. Budde was fantastic and her staff were just as wonderful. They took their time to understand a list of needs and concerns and provided great solutions or plans for each. Such a breath of fresh air compared to other vets. Thank you all!

My pup began going to Petsadena during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Although he is a very anxious pup without me at the vet, the team at Petsadena were very kind, understanding of my dogs anxiety, and still gave him great care. Their ability to talk to you while they work with your animal is impressive and the technology is great! Since our first visit, we've had a few tech visits and a day-of appointment that all went smoothly and were helpful. Thanks!

I am so happy to have found Petsadena. After adopting our rescue during Covid I was unsuccessful at reaching any other vet clinic and they were super responsive and professional. When we finally got in to see the vet (Which was that same week) they were so organized and made our first time seamless and stress free. Their intake assistant was so reassuring and truly delightful. The fact that we were still able to remotely connect to "sit in" on our Pup's first visit was just icing on the cake. Thanks, Petsadena!

We had our first appointment (and first emergency visit) this past week, and we are SO endlessly grateful for the entire Petsadena team. Their no-contact process made us feel super safe, and they were consistently communicating when our puppy was in crisis. Every single person we interacted with was wonderful - from the person who answered the phone, to the one who came to our car to take our pup inside. If you're in search of a new vet for your pet - look no further!

Amazing experience with our cats. We had to bring Titus in today for a wellness check up, he's gotten a little fluffy lately. Anyway, we see Dr. Michelle she is absolutely amazing-thorough, thoughtful, informative and all around great doctor. Camil and rest of staff are patient and very accommodating. We are so happy with the care we received for Manny and now Titus. A+

Our pup is a client of Petsadena Animal Hospital. In fact, all of my animals have been clients. I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years. Our pup, has a tumor that is leaking and bleeding and Petsadena said “they’ve reached their quota for emergencies today” and started giving us phone numbers of other vets to call. We called. None of them are available. We found more vets on our own, and called 11 in total, none of them available. When I called Petsadena back to say that we were their patient, could they help us get in somewhere, Nicole informed me that she couldn’t, and that the doctor “thought” it was something that needed surgery, WITHOUT ever seeing my dog, and I needed to go elsewhere. What??? Completely UNRELIABLE. Petsadena talks about “compassion” but there was no compassion for our pup. It was obvious they all wanted to go home by 5 and Nicole’s tone of voice showed no concern or compassion. Once you get in, Dr. Evelyn is a good vet, but not helping a family out, by helping them find an alternate source of emergency medical attention for their pup, is unacceptable.
