If you want healthy food for your dog or cat this is the place to go. Everything is good for them. A bit pricey compared to lower quality foods but the pay off is lower future vet bills and happy healthy pet.

AWESOME PLACE WITH ACCOMODATIONS TO SELF-WASH BIGGER OR SENIOR DOGS (RIGHT ON THE FLOOR OR IN A LARGE LOW TILE TUB), AKA DOGS WHO CAN NOT USE THOSE TYPICAL HIGH METAL TUBS. SAVED ME SOOOO MUCH TROUBLE, SAVE YOURSELF SOME TOO!!!

Rude and pushy. You hear managers talking about what the staff should do next time when they're talking to you. How to sell you the product because every pet needs it. pee on the shelves...ewwww

It’s first time to bring my dogs here for self wash tonight. Buy 3 tokens($15/each) get extra 1 free(all 4), 25 minutes is enough for my 2 dogs(shampoo and dry by 2 ppl), and gel and towels are included, it’s worthy. Needs to thanks for Jason’s assistance, he is helpful and very nice!

I am updating this review (during the quarantine time period) after ordering from their website and getting free local delivery. Great service! I am so happy with the timely delivery and the free biscuits for my pup and free hand sanitizer for the humans! So happy I ordered locally!

It was my first time in this store. (I usually shop at Petco) but I have to say everyone was welcoming & very helpful (looking for a dog sweater) although I have to say that there wasn't bmuch of a selections of dog sweaters.

My dog loves this place. On our walks, he always wants to come here. The staff here are so friendly and love seeing him and offer him lots of treats and pets. The store itself has become my go-to place for any dog products. They stock top quality goods here and have a generous return policy. Don't hesitate to ask the staff for anything, they are knowledgeable and always down to help. I'm so happy that this store is in my neighborhood, it definitely brings happiness to all the pets here!
