Brought my dog in for grooming which includes nail trim. (They called to tell me she was ready) Wasn't told they couldn't do the trim bc she was anxious until after I picked her up and paid. Told to bring her back next morning when they had 3 people and they would try again. When I brought her back they then refused to try saying that if they couldn't do it with 2 ppl they wouldn't try with 3. I inquired about getting partial refund and was told that was the price. So $60 to just wash a dog?! Which isn't true because the previous time they only cut her nails and charged $20. Cute site but if they can't do the job, they should not charge the costs.

This was my first visit with my Goldendoodle. Brittany is a great representative for the business! So friendly and helpful! Cassandra, Shawn and Nadia did a great job, grooming her beautifully and exactly as requested. My dog was done when promised, and seemed completely at ease. I have already made my next appointment. The store has a wide variety of high quality treats and a great selection of toys. Highly recommend these committed professionals.

I would give zero stars if possible, thee most important thing I asked was for my dogs ears to be cleaned, didn't do it. His face is lopsided and there a chunks of hair randomly all over. His paws look terrible. I could have done better at home. So sad

Cassandra did a great job with Chloe, in spite if her nervousness in getting her feet and ears done. Chloe now has a great mini-Schnauzer cut.

Great service and exceptionally friendly. A little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. My Coco came out looking a smelling amazing. Thank you very much.

My old English sheepdog was in desperate need of a good bath and brushing after traveling cross country and getting herself into burrs, mud, chlorine, and who knows what else! Posh Pet Care came to our rescue. They were responsive, super friendly, and most importantly, cleaned my baby up wonderfully- no small feat for a full coat sheepie!! I would definitely recommend this place, and I will definitely come back next time I'm in Palm Springs!

Poshpetcare really did a great job on our poodle

Based online they are open up to 6pm. I went to pick up my package at 4:55pm and they are close. I called according to them their closing varies. Sometimes 4pm sometimes 5pm and if busy they closes at 6pm. Opening and closing time should be specific so clients will get used to it and be comfortable. I still have errands up to 5pm.

Took our dog here to get her nails trimmed - was quick and reasonable. I was sent back by my wife to buy a really nice dog bed they had on display. A good local business.

My dog Cookie had her first grooming visit and she looked beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and be sure to take all your cash because there is so many cute things to buy buy buy!! ???? Every passing dog pulls their owner towards the door to go in because they smell the buffet table of chews!! ???? I am very happy to have found this place. ????❤

Great selection of toys and treats! The lady working the counter gave my pup a treat as we checked out. Prices are standard. Stop in here if you are from out of town!
