Nice shop, but used the Clippers without the plastic safety on it. A No-no for people shaving let alone dogs. Both my dog's had nasty skin burns. One time wasvenuf for me. I shouldn't have to tell a pro how to groom a dog correctly.

I love Alex's pet grooming. My dog Zoe always smells so great and they do a great job cutting her nails. Thank you for a job well done.

Alex is the BEST!! He and Doug LOVEMY DOGS (well they accept love all the dogs that come there and really treat them well). It's only $5.00 to get your small dogs nails trimmed and you don't have to make an appointment just for that. A small dog shampoo, trim, nail clipping and expression of glands is only $45.00 but you must pay cash. They are open Wednesday thru Saturday 8am till 5pm. Tell them that Robin, Tini and Pearl sent you, LOL. You will be able to recognize the place by the beautiful original acrylic paintings in the shop windows, Alex is a very good artist. Plus if you are hungry you can eat at Sherman's deli. It is right next door.

We were traveling through and our pups needed some salon time. They were even serenaded and Doug and Alex were able to tame our #ohlookitssprite nails, which are always a chore. They were super welcoming, accommodating, and lovingly cared for our furbabies. Would be back in a heart beat. Locals are lucky to have these folks.

The staff takes fantastic care of Marco. He is a rescue with a couple of issues, and they make him feel very comfortable, and smell good too!

Shaved our Shih Tzu instead of doing what was asked. Not even a call beforehand to discuss. If you must take your dog there, make sure to clearly communicate your expectations.

When I asked around Coachella Valley for the best dog groomer, Alex's shop was the most repeated name from people's lips. He certainly lived up to all the tales of his expertise. He seems to be extremely careful to do exactly as the owner wishes. The staff are very thorough, equally careful and respectful of the pet owners wishes and concerns. My pet's hair came out beautiful, the styling was impeccable. It was her first grooming, so I did sit in there for a good deal of her time in case she was frightened (she wasn't at all). I was able to observe other clients and their pets. Every single person and pet were happy and pleased. Please look at the artwork in this shop, it is gorgeous and all done by the owner. This establishment is an absolute treasure!

I know this person he over charges and doesn't care for the pets. There was one time that he "showered" a pet with a wet towel. And still charged over $50 for that service. Horrible person DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS PERSON
