I've only lived in the area 6 months so I didn't have a vet in the area. I noticed a broken tooth in my newly adopted puppy Iris so I started calling around to get an appointment. I called the closest bets first. No one could schedule an appointment until mid to late November. I contacted County Club and they got me an appointment within a few days. The vet was great. Turns out it is a broken canine but it's a puppy tooth and it should come out on its own. I'm keep an eye on her. She should be fine. Thank you for getting me in so quickly. I couldn't stand the thought of waiting over a month to find out.

Just switched over here from Desert Dunes AH after they were run by VCA (uugghh). Only had one visit but so far so good. Friendly and responsive vet and the team.

i don’t ever ever leave negative reviews. this is worth it. we my mom’s dog their to get a health screening for a highly time sensitive international flight. over the phone, we asked every question possible relative to what we would need. We brought everything that we discussed over the phone to the appointment. he has his chip he has his rabies shot, yet they stopped everything and would not process the screening just because they wanted the exact details of when he got his chip. when we told them, this was insufficient. the dog has had his chip for years. the decided at the last minute not to hell us. causing a myriad of problems for a mentally unstable patient. just clear the dog. it’s not hard. so sad. never go here. they are rude and hesitant to go the extra mile.

I had previously given a five-star review. However, after what happened when they put my cat had down - it changed everything. It was horrific, I cry every time I think about it. I brought my cat, Bird, in because she had been losing weight, at first, things were great. Dr. Roberts was calling me after every test until she told me that my Bird had a tumor the size of a golf ball and needed to be put down immediately. I asked to bring her home for the night so Dr. Roberts gave her meds and walked me through the process of putting her down - she'd put my cat to sleep, I'd leave then return when it was done. Dr. Roberts had been my cat's vet for six years, she's a great vet. I was suppose to come in the next day but I had an emergency where I had drive to Hemet last minute. Bird was doing well so I asked to switch it to the next day - Dr. Roberts wouldn't be there but Dr. Taylor would be. I asked the girl on the phone if his process of putting pets down was the same as Dr. Roberts, she told me YES. I asked if she was sure, she said yes again. Thursday came, I brought my Birdie in. I held my girl while Dr. Taylor gave her shots, I had never been through it so I didn't know what was happening. When he was done, he checked her heart, I asked if I could step out - he said no need, she was dead. I started sobbing, realizing my cat was dead in my arms and told him Dr. Roberts said I could leave the room after she knocked her out, then he COLDLY cut me off and responded with "I don't like to do it like Dr. Roberts, I like the owners to be here." I tried to explain that I would've been okay with it had someone prepared me, and he basically said nothing. The rest was a blur. When I went to pick up her ashes, a girl came to my car (Covid protocol). I told her what happened and asked if the manager could call me - I didn't want to get anyone in trouble but there should be clarification between how the two doctors handle euthanasia. She took my information and said I would be contacted. A MONTH LATER - I haven't gotten a call so I called back. I spoke to the same girl who gave me my Bird's ashes, had no real explanation why I hadn't been contacted, said the manager was busy and took my note again - I never want someone to go through with what I did. Still, nothing. Six months ago, I would've recommended this place to anyone. I guess once you no longer have a pet or give them money, you're not worthy of their time. I'm truly traumatized by what they did and didn't do.

Professional feeling but leave feeling scammed. Sure if you have the money to over pay hundreds for your pets health go ahead take your pet here. I only took mine here because it was needed immediately for my kitten to get vaccinated and all other places were booked for weeks. Simple first set of vaccine ran me above $150 over what animal samaritans would've charged me. They also told me my cat was 6 to 7 months old when i knew she had to be younger. I asked them three times to confirm that estimation they doubled down. Fast forward to today at animal samaritans for her second vaccines. They looked at the price i was charged and were shocked country club animal clinic charged so much. I asked them what about the age estimate made by todd taylor which 3 months ago he told me my kitten is about 6 to 7 months. I asked to confirm that age estimate here at animal samaritans and to my surprise they were very shocked as why they would even say such a thing. Vet at AS told me my kitten is barely 6 months at most. Horrible place sure go if you swim in money and don't care about accurate estimation about your pet. I only went as i needed to no other place were going to give me an appointment as they did. Disappointed and would never go again nor recommend it.

We have what most people refer to as a "special needs" dog. She has anxiety issues, which makes interactions, especially when we're present, very traumatic for her. A trip to the vet can be very difficult, and when she hurt her leg, we had to weigh getting her treatment versus the potential further damage that the actual trip might cause--as in, the cure might be worse than the disease, so to speak. Our regular vet, and other previous vets, were sympathetic but not accommodating--or frankly, not very interested. We saw the reviews for Country Club and they sounded much more "caring", so we explained our situation, and they were indeed much more accommodating to our special circumstances. And thankfully, it wasn't all just lip service, as we found our entire experience to be very different than the typical vet visit. Every person we dealt with, from our first encounter at check-in, through getting our dog back, and even follow-up (COVID restrictions limited participation), was incredibly warm and caring to our dog (and us), and she was always comfortable. Even our initial phone call was un-rushed, detailed, and in depth. They even reported that she put her head on the doctor's lap during her exam--kind of a miracle. We then received text messages and follow-up calls checking on our dog's condition for several days afterwards and seeing if we had any questions. All-in-all, a truly unique experience with a vet. A totally different approach to the business of medical care, where the comfort and care of the patient is a clear critical priority, as well as the top-notch medical care. It's what you always imagined that a veterinary practice SHOULD be, but have never seen--at least we hadn't. They actually, genuinely, care about your pet. Sounds so simple, but it so important to us, and now we've found the right vet for us.

Grateful. I called to see if they could put my dog down, since my vet, Dr Carter never called me back after I called for 3 days, left numerous voice messages. Well, CC vet couldn't help me, due to being busy. But, the receptionist did give me a lead, a retired vet. The vet came to my home, did the last deed of love. Thank you CC vet.

Be forewarned: this vet charges an additional $33 for urine collection for a routine urinalysis that already costs ~$60. Dr. Taylor was knowledgeable and friendly but the rest of the staff left a lot to be desired.

I had previously left a 5 star review of this clinic but after going back several times I will never return. Their lack of attention to detail, miscommunication, condescending attitude, long wait times on the phone, poor response times (waiting 3 days and never getting a response to a simple qustion then having to call and be on hold 20 minutes to still not get any answers about my dog.) They should be embarassed by how poorly they operate this clinic and complete lack of customer service.

COVID has made it all but impossible to get a precious fur baby into the Vet! Thank you CCAC for both helping us with our very ill kitty. And for seeing our new puppy whom had a cherry eye. Everyone has been so kind and wonderful. We will be sticking around!

Even with COVID 19, this clinic was easy to get an appointment at and they were super professional and kind. Worth the money.

I have to question the ethics of this clinic. I brought my dog in for a rabies vaccination. He's a healthy 6 year old Maltese who runs across my back yard like wolf bounding across Yellowstone. They told me that he needed a knee replacement. I had not heard this diagnosis before, nor have I heard it since. I can't believe a vet would suggest such an obviously bogus diagnosis. I was also scolded by this vet for having taken my dog to a vet in Mexico to have his teeth cleaned. Based on service and professionalism I've experienced in both countries, I'll be headed to the border for pet care from now on.
