I brought my 9 month old Golden Retriever pup Olly here to get more comfortable in the water. In just one session, Laura was able to get Olly at ease in the water and get him swimming on his own! There is a lot of personal attention here for both dog and owner, to make sure you both get the most out of the session. Can absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience! Autumn was great and worked my puppy in the pool at his own pace to learn to swim

Owner very moody. One day smiling next time don't want to communicate with you. On the street parking. Do not come early to appointment, owner gets upset. I don't recommend.

Fantastic place, but it's not cheap. But you get what you pay for.

BearyBear squeals in joy every time we pull up to The Rex Center!! Take my doggo here every Wednesday for a 25 min. swim—only 5 minutes of swim is (a mile) of fun and an incredible low-impact whole body/cardio workout for a dog, especially, on those long mid-week days that you might be gone longer from home. Fantastic for rehab, senior dogs, rescues and pups you want to expose for the first time or learn to be safe and strong swimmers while near the water. Love the good old jazz that plays while he swims. It’s our therapeutic bonding time-we BOTH love it! ❤️⭐️

Our 10 year old lab (105 lbs.) is greatly benefitting from The Rex Center swimming sessions. He's been going for about 6 months and his mobility and mood have significantly improved. On our walks before we started at Rex Ctr he would be falling behind. Now he is trotting ahead! He seems to be feeling much better. His favorite part of the session is the massage, but he also enjoys the swimming. With a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and the health benefits for our dog, we are extremely happy and satisfied! Thank you Rex Center!!

Absolutely the most terrific holistic care center on earth. Ellen and her staff are fabulous, and my two senior dogs' aquatic sessions have performed miracles for their joints, legs and mobility. The pool area is so pleasant and welcoming that going there even relaxes ME!

Awesome Holistic K-9 care. The owner and staff are really educated about dog care. The center is nicely set up to address various K-9 mobility issues. The center has an on-site veternarian who is very friendly. The K-9 pool looks well cared for and has steps to assist your dog. The center also offers homemade dog food for your dog which is healthier than store kibbles. My dog enjoyed himself so much I purchased a 4 package visit.

Excellent K9 water therapy location. Large warm water hot tub. Big enough for our 90lb. Lab to swim and exercise in. Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable.

We really cherish the Rex Center and the great work they are doing there. It is a warm and realistic place. Our dog had an injury and our vet asked us to seek out swimming for her to re-pattern her gait; and then to continue as a preventative measure. Our pup is living her seventh year. She is very active and athletic. Swimming was new for her. Ellen helped our pup (and us) get started with the swimming. Water is not our pup's natural love. It took her years to learn to relax in a bath. This experience was much like the bath. Ellen allowed our trainer to come along to help set a positive tone for our pup. Now, we go on our own. We go twice a month. After a few months of assisted swimming, our pup is learning games in the pool (training methods) to help her swim with greater enthusiasm, and to prepare her for open swim time. I'm not in a rush to get to the open swim time option. I like the assisted swimming sessions. I feel there are many benefits to having our pup with a swim teach in a great space, engaging in a great activity. We have had assisted swimming with Laura, Ellen, and Victoria and all our sessions have been positive , low key, and thoughtful.. I am so thankful we found the Rex Center!

What a great way to introduce your dog to swimming. Because if the relative lack of non-saline bodies of water in the area, we took our little guy here and the staff and facilities were great. They have a large jacuzzi-type pool that can accommodate dogs of any size. And their approach to first time dogs is not too aggressive. Unfortunately our pup is not a water dog but at least we know he can swim!

Great staff that is very professional and accommodating. Ellen helped us with several assisted swims with our golden retriever and really helped build her confidence in the water.

Our Entlebucher Mountain Dog loved his 30 minute long assisted swim session & slept for hours afterwards! Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.
