Staff is friendly and helpful. Towels and apron provided. Wet collars available if needed at cashier.

Pet Food Express is the best ! The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I am thrilled we have a self service pet wash and that the store supports animal adoption and not breeding. Thank you!

Great selection of items. Staff is knowledgeable answering my questions regarding my dowg "Haze"; who has had digestive issues latly. The staff member recommended to add pumpkin into his diet for a bit. Well it worked, no more bad tummy and no large bill from vet. As i said before, staff is very knowledgeable in animals. I will return and continue using "Pet Food Express" for all my animal needs. Thanks Pacifica location team, see yeah next visit. Also, Haze Dowg says "Roof Roof"

Dawn the manger is very knowledgeable. I love this store for all of my pet needs. Come with our without your pet. Try the turkey tendons for your dog. He will fall out.
