The doctor is very straightforward and helpful but doesn’t greet/pet my dog so before he examines him my dog flips out most of the time. The Staff is really good with him though. Probably a problem with a lot of dogs but I can’t help to think maybe if the doctor acted more like a dog person he’d feel safer? Also making an appointment is difficult sometimes.

I take my two babies to Dr. Grossbard, and they love it!! We’ve taken them to other vets and they scream and cry and make a ruckus but with Dr. G and his staff they act like little angels! Everyone at allcare is so sweet and provide the best service! They really care about the pets that come in and they give really good advice. Dr. G is very knowledgeable and is very straightforward and helpful! Im so happy to have found an amazing vet!

Look no further, this is the place. It was highly recommended to me. Now I know why and do the same..

Would never changed this place for anything… I have gotten ripped off in so many places that even thought I have to drive all the way from Milpitas I still make it for an excellent, transparent service. Thank you

Have been seeing All care vets for last 1.5 years and the experience has just down every visit. They are a small facility with one doctor and uncooperative staff. Sorry for the choice of words but they truly don’t care! I got an appointment confirmation call today for an appointment tomorrow but the medicines that was supposed to be given to my dog that they were supposed to order 3 weeks back- for which I was charged already, apparently were not ordered in the first place. So they called to confirm an appointment without checking if what they were calling me for was actually ready!! I’m so glad I brought it up and asked proactively. Also they didn’t have the courtesy to check if the order went through for the last 3 weeks. Now we will be waiting to get medicines for my dog until end of July. This should tell you how much they care. I will be looking for a more caring facility for my baby.

My 13yo dog needed dental work, and the estimate at the place here in SF was $2k. A friend at the dog park told me about this place. 5 stars for Dr. Goldfarb, and 5 stars for his staff. In the end, I saved 40%. My only complaint is that it took me 10 years to find this place. VERY accessible by public trans if you don't have a car.

Very attentive animal lovers here- and Dr. J has a thorough process of explaining options. We've had cat tooth extractions, car impact-injury recovery support, and cancer-related surgery done with All Care. I have no doubts about quality of care. ❤

The best care.and doctors on the Peninsula. The staff is amazing too. And they do not try to make you do something to your animal that isn't necessary.

Dr. Grossbard truly loves animals and genuinely cares for them! He is honest and takes his time to thoroughly explain everything we need to know regarding our pet. I originally visited this clinic ten years ago. He was my favorite veterinarian back then, unfortunately I moved away pushing us to search for a new veterinarian, but no one seemed nearly as genuine, warm, and skillful as him. When I moved back we decided to return to Allcare and we did not regret it! I am consistently surprised with the followup calls after visits and how quickly he responds to messages. The staff are friendly and respectful, and loving to animals. My daughter lives in the city and she has made Allcare her primary place for her two aussies the last 3 years and is very satisfied with his care and work ethic as well! Thank you Dr. G and staff for making our family feel welcome!

I have been taking my 5 cats to Dr Grossbard for almost 4 years, and every problem and preventive care item has been addressed skillfully and with compassion, including skin reactions, respiratory problems, digestive issues, fleas, dental care, and the aging cat. He always explains the options for care, the cost, and long term expectations, and is affectionate with every animal. The staff is wonderful

Dr. Grossbard is amazing with animals. Over the years, their caring staff steered me to organic treatments, gentle kitty training tools and foods that are best for my particular breed (orange tabbies). I trust them implicitly.

Knowledgeable personnel and well organized environment

I called looking for bird beak trimming and spoke to Susan. Excellent customer service, although they did not offer the service I was looking for, she was able to refer me to three other local vet shops and did have the service and she was able to give me all their contact info as well! If this is the service I received on the phone and not as a customer, I can only imagine the service they would provide for a customer!

I drive from San Francisco to see Dr. Jeremy. Many years ago my former vet did not know why my dog was losing her fur, possibly allergy's. I decided to find another vet that new about allergy's in pets. I found All Care Veterinary, with some tests he found what she was allergic to and together he and I decided to put her on RX pills. She now has fur and her allergy's are under control! Could not be happier with Dr. Jeremy!

We are happy to have chosen this Vet Hospital since first having our dog. It all started with the search for having her spayed and we came across Allcare, who at the time was accepting a voucher given to us by the SM county. That experience could not have gone any smoother and we have been coming here ever since. The front desk here is always smiling and happy to assist everyone who walks in. Nurses are gentle and helpful. Dr. G is very knowledgeable, caring and thorough with any questions that come up. Making appointments is easy and requesting paperwork or shot certificates is always a quick turnaround. Koko Brown is happy, healthy and gets the best treatment here.

My cat got fleas in this facility. Of course they denied the situation. But I hate having to put any chemical on my baby, which is why she never goes outside and I've never seen fleas on her. I'm never going there again.

This vet practice has consistently provided excellent, experienced and highly professional care of our pets. They are quick to respond and work hard to be flexible for appointments as neeeded. But equally important, everyone there demonstrates compassion and genuine concern for the well-being and good outcomes for the animals they care for. That is really important because our pets are truly members of our family! We have pet rats, and this vet practice is very skilled with handling and caring for our ratties. We've had a few surgeries for them, and in every case the procedures and experience was 100% great. We love AllCare and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Dr. Grossbard and his staff are wonderful. I've brought my cat in for everything from vaccinations to surgeries. Dr. Grossbard is a true professional who is honest, sharp, and realistic about your pet's needs. He is the only vet I've ever trusted to not gouge me on things my cat doesn't need. You'll have to be patient for an appointment because he books out days in advance.
