Dog wash was cold water and broken dryers. I have a Senior service ????‍???? and he was shivering I got him out tried to dry him off and left. Very difficult to try to get refunded. Had to take him somewhere else to finish him.manager was more then disrespectful . And difficult .

Great place to wash your dog if you are trying to save $$ from grooming

I used to love bringing my dog here for the wonderful self dog wash area. I was sent back to bathe my dog but found every one of the bath stations filthy, full of fur, and looking very neglected. Even the aprons were dirty. Sadly, I won’t be back.

Came to give my dog a bath here and when blow drying I noticed the air was very cold coming out of the hose. My dog was shivering as I tried to dry her off so I asked one of the associates if the temperature was normal… She came over and checked and said it was normal and proceeded to tell me that “the blow drying air is set colder because dog’s body temperatures run colder than ours” (which sounded odd so I fact checked it later on and it is quite the opposite, they have a higher body temperature than humans do). I brushed it off and a few minutes later the air raised to a warm temperature. Anyways, this associate either seems to be confused thinking dogs and reptiles are the same thing… or felt the need to gaslight me? Idk super weird experience…

This is a well stocked and organized store. The staff is engaging and knowledgeable. You can't beat the buy 3 get one free deal either.

First time coming here to try the self wash for our wonderful pup. The staff was super friendly; we bought the set of four tokens which made the doggie bath pretty cheap. It was fun and well worth the price. Our only complaint was the people to the left of us kept spraying us with water somehow while they were washing their dog. That was irritating; they didn't have control of the sprayer or their dog; not sure which. In any case I would definitely recommend trying it for your pooch, if he needs a bath.

This is a great place. I come in at least once a week to bathe my dog in there shower stalls, which are always nice and sanitized. Other than that this is my go-to spot for treats and toys, Winter (my husky) really enjoys there Bully Hides with are buy 3 get the 4th free. Great Deal.

Super friendly and helpful staff who clearly love their jobs and animals. Great compact store with a large selection of goods. Various soft sided cat carriers. Including one that zips open to convert into a cushy bed. Sweet. Lots of food and kitty litter choices.

Hi!! Self Serve Pet wash is open all 4! But please abide by covid rules. Masks up and 2 per tub. Store hours m-s 9:30 am-8pm. Sun 10-7 Petwash cost $18 = 25 min. Includes 4 shampoos, towels, waterproof collars and blow dryer. You may bring in own shampoo

Thank you, John, for offering us plastic aprons for our wash! These employees are all very friendly to the pets and their humans that walk through the door; not to mention they're very knowledgable. I haven't stopped coming since they walked me through the store helping me get ready for my first rescue 4 years ago.

I switched 1 of my dogs food from core wellness to another food sold here. The employee told me that if I switch my dogs food that Pet Food Express offers 50% off the purchase of the food I would be switching to. It cut the price of my first bag from $84 to $43. I observed her doing it to a customer in front of me as well. When I went in this last week to switch my other dog over to a different food the employee at the register said she had never heard of that and that it is not company policy. She had the regional manager there who stated the same. What the heck is going on???? I have the bank electronic receipts to prove it.
