I love this place and so does my dog. Admin staff and vet techs are friendly and patient and the vets are knowledgeable and thorough. Can usually get an appointment quickly. Their current pick-up and drop-off process is smooth.

I love them. I have taken all 4 of my pets there and even my nephews dog.

Dr. Moore and her staff are outstanding and highly efficient. We had an emergency and they were able squeeze us in last minute which was a huge relief to us! They provided a thorough exam and reviewed the very fair estimate with us. Shio is on the road to recovery and we will be visiting again with our other 4 cats!

The two visit process for getting a dog's teeth cleaned is a royal PITA, and expensive. Then of course they find some other reason to sell pills for the dog, and make it a lifetime treatment. Funny how our normal vet says the meds are 100% unneeded.

First time here. Everything went well. Had my little dogs teeth cleaned under anesthesia. They ended up pulling 3 teeth. And his breath is much better now after a course of antibiotics. Prices were good. Service was good.

Dr Moore and her Team are Amazing! She has been treating our 9 yr old dog for renal disease for 2 months now. Our dog does very well with the whole staff. Their very professional, knowledgeable and very loving with our dog! Throughout this Covid time they have been very careful, through, busy and always smiling!

Dr. Moore. & the staff at this clinic is the best. I nearly had fallen for a free exam & lowcost puppy package with a vet in Anaheim Hills who required all exam patients to be dropped off for 3 hours for any exam. Not wanting to expose my puppy who hadn't been fully immunized yet to possible contagious pets I chose to check the vet's reviews. They had negative reports of many being charged much more than offered. I chose instead to take my new puppy back to Dr. Moore who had served my senior dog well until her passing. Dr Moore has been good at explaining diagnosis & treatment. The office presents treatment costs in writing before agreement & has never overcharged me. During this pandemic, the staff follows extreme guidelines & only brings dogs into office for treatment in a safe & effective way. The time my pup was inside the office for exam & immunizations was a matter of minutes-not 3 hours. I trust the integrity & professionalism Dr. Moore & her staff offer our pets & highly recommend them to treat your fur babies.

Very nice people and facility

I brought in my chihuahua with a broken nail and I was told that it was gonna cost me $322 for the treatment and obviously that it way too much so I took my dog back home and her nail fell off the next day. Its clear that there is no transparency and honesty in this place. I do not recommend. If your dog gets the same thing dont panic, it will come off on its own in a few days. My dog is back to normal and walks exactly same as before.
