Petopia Pet Resort Orange, California

Petopia was great! We boarded our puppy for a week, and felt very comfortable leaving him here. Would definitely recommend!

I do not like how they discriminate towards certain breeds of dogs that they don't service them. I have a Pitbull and it's a bummer that they are not accepted in most day cares because of the Rep they hold. I believe this should be illegal and I will not let this pass by.

I am sure this place taking care of dogs. However when I called their phone Line, the vm only directed me to fill out the new application online. After spending 30-40 mins filling out the form with disclosure of our information, we even made the appointment for two days and selected dog ice cream online. However, I got a phone call, it turned out that they don't have any availability for day care. I wish they could have said that online so I could have saved my time and energy going through the application process.

Took great care of my senior dog.

Petopia provided loving care to our 2 special needs Dogs. 1)blind senior miniature poodle and 1)Diabetic Min Pin. They went out of their way to coordinate the protected needs and possible challenges. There were no unpleasant surprises at check out and the care was obvious as the staff not only brought our babies out but assisted us in loading up for the ride home! We will definitely be returning to Petopia!

We LOOOOVE Petopia! We searched and searched for the perfect boarding situation for our Nola and we are soo glad we found this place. Nola is VERY energetic and loves one on one attention, and Petopia offers exactly what she needs. The accommodations are clean, spacious and very comfortable for the animals. There are many choices between room sizes, types of rooms, upgrades etc. You can add on extra play time, special treats, splash pools and more. Most of all the staff is fabulous. We are so glad we found you guys and recommend you to everyone we know.

My old girl, Domino, was very happy when we picked her up. She didn't seem anxious or flea infested. I believe with my heart that you guys took care of her very well. Probably better than what I would have.

Great people and my dog loves coming for daycare. They have multiple groups of dogs with different play areas and they find the best group for your dog.

We've taken our cat & dog to Petopia numerous times. Doggie daycare is great & their kenneling services are terrific. Our dog loves a fun day of play. The staff is friendly & really cares for your pets.

Needed to board our dog for two nights and our regular vet was remodeling their boarding facility. They suggested using Petopia. was a little hard to get a hold of them by phone, but after a few tries we connected. Set up appt & pet profile over the phone & was able to drop off dog the next morning (16 hr notice). They are located in a light industrial area, but facility office is nice. Upgraded to a 7x7 enclosure since std 4x4 seemed too small. Front office staff cheerful & helpful and all went well. Recommended!

I was interested in learning about the details of the services offered, however upon creating a profile I was asked to input credit card information as part of the sign up process. I don't understand why that would be necessary information, especially considering I was only doing so to obtain info that wasn't otherwise listed, such as cost per day ect. In my opinion, I shouldn't be required to give a credit card number just to create a profile. I would love to have a further understanding of this process if possible, so please let me know if there is something I missed!

Great dog care for several days

I am absolutely in love with this place. I appreciate that they remember my dogs name everytime we enter. They take the time know and understand your dogs behaviour and mannerisms. And Carol is the best! Always so welcoming, kind, and genuine. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

Great Job! . Harper is a young german shepherd and needs to get the wiggles out. When I have a project/job I am thrilled to have a safe and fun place for her to spend the day. As Chrys said yesterday...The is Disneyland for your dog. For Sure. Thanks to everyone

Staff very warm and loving to pets.

There was an unexpected heat wave while my dogs were boarded here, and they took excellent care to ensure they were as cool and comfortable as possible. Wonderful, caring staff!!

Petopia is the best! Our dog is with us 24/7 and it is very hard to leave him when we have to travel to see the grandchildren. All the staff really cares and goes overboard to make your pet happy. You can tell they all love their job. Your pet will be in very good hands and happy because they love the place. We checked out a lot of different places and Petopia is the best!!

I can't say how much I appreciate all that Petopia did to care for my Sabrina. They were able to accommodate my reservation requests on short notice, were so helpful and informative whenever I called to check on her and the staff was incredibly friendly. I know she had a great time and next time I am in the area I will return without hesitation!

Great place to really care for our pups. The ladies working there are dog people. I would have been completely satisfied with them if the owner wouldn't advertise a pet taxi but then says the vehicle isn't set up for 3 huskies. No worries uber saved the day and lost an hour at Disney. Who can cry about that when my babies were cared for so well.

We LOVE Petopia and all the dedicated hard working employees that care and love our dog. We use them for Doggie Daycare as well as boarding. Very friendly staff that we feel go above and beyond to make out pets life better.
