Great experience here getting our dog checked out for some recent pain. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Also, our dog loved it there

Terribly incompetent. Went for a simple neutering procedure but they failed to ligate the testicular blood vessels and my dog ended up with a horrific infection. They should be shut down!

I've been taking my dog here for years. Nothing but good from reception to the vet., Last minute need for an appointment, always made it possible, that your pet is in their nest interest

I tried to get some information on 2 kitties I rescued. They had previously taken care of them and I needed 3 simple questions answered but they refused. Their owner had passed from covid and I am at a standstill. They are supposed to care about animals and that's all I'm trying to do is give these kitties a good home. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I took my cat there to get an update on her shots with routine labs. Waited 1/2 hour to be brought to the exam room. Another 20 minutes for the vet tech to come in. Took 2 hours to get the whole exam and shots done. It’s been two weeks to get lab results and they are saying they are still “pending”. I think they have changed management from when I took my other cat there before. I will not go back. I do not recommend them.

Please do not take your pets to Healthy Pet Hospital. They gave my dog a horrible infection which caused her coat to fall out creating a giant bald spot. Poor thing was limping and in pain and when I took her in a tech said she might be overreacting because she had probably been getting a lot of attention right after her spay. When I noticed her coat was falling out by the chunks I called, they took some responsiblity in causing the infection but I still ended up with a $300 bill which included some discounts.

We used to take our boxer here but seems they are under new management. We waited 45 minutes even after calling them we were outside for a vet tech appointment before we decided to leave. Another guy before us waited for 45 minutes and was never greeted. Don’t come here. It seems they are disorganized and poor customer service for not letting us know that it would be a long wait. While 2 staff members sat behind the desks, not one of them came out to even advice us. We just wanted a nail trim and anal gland expression. Not worth wasting 45 min of my time. We are going to find another vet.

They would not respond after calling them for 40 minutes. It was a scheduled appointment and they said they would answer and to wait outside. Please respond next time. I am very annoyed

I love Healthy Pet Hospital, we've been taking our two dogs for a couple years and always had great service, even with the change of ownership a couple years back. And even through COVID19 they have been available. This month they were so kind to help me through sending my 15 year old cocker spaniel to heaven. It was so hard, but their help letting me know it was time and their process of saying goodbye and privacy offered to pet owners was wonderful. With COVID19 at another pet hospital we couldn't be with our pet. Their grooming was great, unfortunately with COVID19 this is not available and may not come back.

I have been coming here for many years with several of my animals. Over the past year the level of service has dropped dramatically. The wait times are unreasonable and it seems the staff is constantly changing, including the doctors. It definitely doesn't have the same warm, caring feeling it used to have.

Affordable prices. Good quality veterinary care. Several vets on staff. Accepts emergencies. My dog was severely hurt and my vet at the time wasn't open. I called Healthy Pet and a vet tech was waiting at the front door for me. That was about 6 years ago. Healthy Pet is now where I take my dogs and I have recommended this place to others.

We've been coming here with our 3 pets for a few years now. Today I had an appointment for all 3 of them, vaccines for all 3 but one of my dogs needed to be seen by the vet as well for a red itchy spot on his paw. I'm well aware of the added dilemma of Covid-19 as I had previously brought one of my dogs in in May. We arrived today well in advance of our appointment. Called to let them know we were there, as the signs on the doors indicated. I also told the receptionist that one of my dogs do not do well around other dogs and I'd rather wait outside until a room was available since I could see that there were other people in the lounge with dogs. While waiting outside, dogs in the car, I noted several people just walking in, disregarding the signs. We waited 16 minutes and were now well beyond our appointment time, so I called again letting them know we were outside waiting to be let in. After another 15 minutes an employee came out and told us we could go straight into room 1, bypassing the lounge. She helped me carry the cat while my husband and I brought the 2 dogs in. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. 35 minutes passed. We could hear employees behind the doors of the room we were in, chit chatting about this and that. None of them felt the need to just check in on us, perhaps to assure us that we were next. Nothing. The two pets that even just needed shots and were just seeing a tech weren't taken care of. We walked out. My husband told the front desk employees that we have waited for over an hour and have somewhere to be. The answer? One employee just said "uhhhhh". I will add that even though you might read this and think that we were not patient and perhaps did not take into consideration the whole covid-19, I can assure you that we did. It became apparent while waiting outside in the parking lot that there are no longer any spacing between appointments (lots of pets coming in and out). No they are packing everyone in as usual, if not more. Luckily for us there are plenty of veterinary places in our area that will be happy to take us on and see us on our appointment time. I'm glad we left so that the staff could get a little breathing room in the schedule. Oh and the one star? That's just so that I could write a review, today they get 0 from me.

This pet clinic has drastically changed since Dr Wyatt retired and sold his business. It is no longer a good facility. Hour long waits with an appointment, doctors that are timid and unclear, techs that can’t read charts to see current medications, and my list goes on. Our dog had surgery Monday to remove a cyst. They asked us to come back on Friday for a check up. What did they do? They took out his stitches after 3 days! Now on Sunday I’m sitting at the emergency vet hospital ( of course healthy pet clinic is closed) because his wound burst open and he was bleeding extensively. He needs to be stitched up again. DO NOT GO HERE! I will be looking for a new vet first thing Monday morning.

Open 7 days per week to treat pets by appt. Grooming services have not re-opened yet. Two step entrance process. Call when in parking lot & tech will come out to bring you in or retrieve pet (your preference). Wearing mask to enter & at all times. Was able to make 1 appt with 1 day notice last week & another appt for today SUN. Very convenient and timely service.

Healthy Pet Hospital fully changed ownership and now has gotten rid of the grooming department and most of the original staff. If you are looking for Amanda from grooming she is now in Irvine at "Petpoint Medical Center and Resort". I tried to get this information from Healthy Pet Hospital, but they weren't able to help me so I had to basically become a detective and find Amanda on my own without even knowing her last name! It wasn't easy but I was able to locate her! Hopefully this helps out some of her other clients. Healthy Pet Hospital...If you shut down a department you should at least help your prior long time employees out and point clients in the right direction! Had you done that I would still be a client for my dogs medical needs.

The staff and Doctor are so kind I took our puppy in for an emergency visit today and we were seeing promptly. before we left everyone at pet hospital made sure that the puppy was doing well, that I fully understood what needed to be done to care for her and that we would be okay. I really appreciated their kind and prompt attention and the care they showed when we were there.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They always return phone calls, act patiently even when they are extremely busy. My concern is the boarding and feeding staff. I placed 6 days of dry food in a gallon ziploc bag. I wrote one cup am and PM in permanent black marker. I even put a measuring cup in the bag. When I picked up my dog 2days later, over half of the dog food was gone. 3/4 of the bag should have been left. This left me concerned wondering what else was questionable while boarding. Not sure I can trust that area of service. ??? Being helpful and nice doesn't show expertise.

I really like taking my dog here makes me and my dog comfortable and they take they're time explaining and listening about your dogs problems without a problem, price is reasonable and would recommend coming here!

The staff were great and friend. But I was not to impressed with the doctor. I availed a free first wellness check for my dog, the doctor didn't do much but to try and sell me other tests that I had to pay for. Maybe because it was free? I have other dogs which I have also taken to the pet hospitals to compare and even though I have also availed a free exam with the other hospital the doctor really did a wellness check.
