This little store is packed with interesting and fun products for my bird. Their employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. Planning to board my bird there in next few months - I love and trust this business!

Very knowledgeable, will steer you in the right direction to help you make the right choices for your bird’s health. There is so much dubious information on bird care out there and I have learned a lot coming here for the last year, it’s nice to have one on one help with questions from someone with a lot of experience- a valuable source! Lots of toys and high quality stands and travel cages along with nutritious food! Highly recommended.

This is the most amazing shop!!!! Donna is the nicest lady and incredibly helpful when it comes to choosing food, cage, and toys. You can board your bird here, too!!! My bird Buddy loves the special attention he gets from the staff.

I was not impressed by this store. Prices were way out of line and it was cramped with not much selection. Much prefer Omars Exotic Birds. They Rock!!!

Pricey but quality goods. Very knowledgeable people. Great place to go for bird stuff and any questions you might have about your exotic bird. Also if you need a baby sitter, this is the place.

I am literally crying as I type this. This location is also where Kitty Kollars operates from and the level of customer service is so low I would not recommend them at all. I had ordered a Kitty Kollar from this store and on their order form, which they have specific instructions on on their site that I followed, I marked I wanted a "Floral/Girly" collar for my cat. So you can see how I was stunned when I received a hideous snail print (see picture) that is definitely not floral, nor girly. I figured someone made an error and decided to give them a call. At first the woman I spoke with seemed surprised and genuinely concerned that I had not recieved the correct style. She then went to ask someone else in the shop and just left me on the phone without bothering to mention to me that she was going to go talk to someone else. When she came back her tone completely changed and she stated that the print was correct and that the "Floral/Girly" section I had marked was merely a "Catergory" that included many different prints that they deem "floral/girly" and that if I wanted to return the collar I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee. She also said "If you wanted a specific print, you should have noted that on your order form". This, of course was news to me as absolutely nowhere on their site was this ever mentioned as a possibility. I informed her that I had never ordered a cat collar from them before and wasn't aware of that option and she proceeded to tell me, "Well everyone else does it", making me feel like a complete idiot for following their very specific instructions. I can not believe how they stay in business with such a low level of customer service. If your vet can get you a collar, go with them. These people are unkind and insensitive to people under a lot of stress and going through a rough time with their cats. At this point I just hope it's at least comfortable for my baby.

I appreciate that they have an air purifier running, so the toys you buy for your bird, that have been there for months, don't have dust and dander on them, like they do at pet stores. Who knows what your parrot is ingesting with those!

Great place for toy parts, toys, food and cages. Friendly staff. Prices a bit high, but they have the stuff.
