Really bad experience, I don’t know if there is a groomer shortage but they had me hold my dog while they groomed him. Very unprofessional

Took my pup here for the first time. Was not satisfied. Premium price, substandard product. His cut was patchy, and when I asked them to shave his tail down, they made us hold him while they did it. I recommend other groomers in the area instead

Staff was so nice and talked be through options of ways to cut my little mans hair. When I picked him up he looked absolutely adorable❤️

Groomers really listened to how I wanted my dogs hair to come out. This has been the best haircut he has had! Everyone there is so nice, we won a free leash and they gave my son a bunch of snacks.

Helen is VERY caring! My little one had surgery in her neck, a vertebrae removed, and Helen was very gentle with her. She looks beautiful, clean and smells very nice. My other two doggies were also pampered. Helen is also very accommodating and very kind.

Adding an update ^^ I brought my husky back in with another husky I’m fostering and wow the foster one came out looking great his coat looked so different and softer I have no idea if he had ever had a bath or what but they did an amazing job. My white husky looks beautiful as always. Thank you Q pet grooming. Good service I assume, my husky pump came out looking and smelling good. However he smelled like dentist office after the next day. I’m assuming they spayed a pet cologne on him instead of using a scented shampoo and that’s the reason he smelled nice the 1st day. He didn’t get a hair cut only wash. So I really can’t comment on that area.

They really do a professional job very sweet staff I highly recommend this place they do a clean job on your pets. My puppy looks very nice now thanks to Q pet grooming. The place is so neat and beautiful. They greet you with a smile and a very gentle when it comes to grooming your dogs they treat your pets in a very good manner. The service overall is 10/10 liked the care and attention they gave my puppy the haircut was very good This is the best grooming facility I’ve been to. It is clean, excellent groomers and friendly There is nothing bad to say about this grooming salon. They are always professional and I am always happy at how they try to go above and beyond to make their customers and their pets happy! I always recommended Q pet. my fur baby has never looked better. They do an amazing job with him ALWAYS! ????????

I’m able to get my pet in for grooming no matter what! My Standard Poodle received his first cut at Q Pet Grooming at 5 months old. We haven’t been anywhere else since. My pet is happy when I leave him and happy when I pick him up.

My dogs needs were met. And were great at following directions in relation to the requested trim.

This was a very traumatic experience. My dogs were butchered. I have never had this experience in all the years my dogs have been groomed. My dogs had some ear mats and the lady said they needed shaved. I refused and said I have never been told that before with their previous mats. I told her I will go elsewhere and then she says ok to cut, but she chops their ear hair down to the ear right in front of me. They didn't even attempt to get their mats out. Quick to shave shave everything. Then when I picked them up, nails weren't cut, leg hair left long, feet looked bushy, ear hair were different lengths. I will never go back there ever. Now my boy dog has kennel cough from there too. I shouldn't have paid them a dime. This place is not hygienic, poor quality cuts, and just wants to shave your pet and not even put out any effort. Don't take your pets here. First thing walking in the door, I noticed they left someone's dog on the table in the neck collar unaccompanied for over 10 minutes. That is not safe. I don't know why I didn't follow my gut feeling and leave. My poor dogs.

First time here. Was in an emergency situation for a Sunday groomer. No one else open on sundays. Was able to make an appointment same day. They looked busy when I got there but still made me feel welcome. I like that customers have a view to the work stations. Great pricing. My little dog came back looking great. Thank you.
