Took my dog for a check up and teeth cleaning. The staff was absolutely amazing. The Dr was so informative and kind. They weren’t pushy about anything. I will 100% be using this location for any needs I have with pets and I will be recommending it to anyone who asks. They blew me away with their service.

People were very polite, nice to my dog, was able to get same day appointment. Was disappointed in vets ability to diagnose my dog. I pretty much told her what I thought was wrong, they recommended x-rays, all in all ended up paying hundreds for rhe visit, and it didnt help my dog. When I contacted them back they said we would need to perform another procedure, which I feel should have been identified from x-rays from the beginning instead of my dog suffering for days after. And now having additional costs. Not everyone can afford during these times for high cost random tests, and its unfortunate they know we would do anything for our pets so misdiagnosis was an option.

This place is close to our house and we have used them for years on past pets however, DO NOT USE THEM FOR PURE BRED OR SHORT SNOUT ANIMALS. PLEASE do not pass this review by and do your pet a favor and travel to another facility. We had a nearly fatal issue with our Frenchie and they did the least amount of intervention possible to assist with her condition and DISCHARGED HER. Put all blame on us as owners. We rushed to a vet emergency center within 20mns and she was noted as an "extreme case". I have never posted a negative review and know the importance of small businesses but the customer service and medical evaluation was horrific!

Poor communication, and very round-about answers about health issues. I couldn’t get any straight-forward answers from them in multiple visits and still charged an astronomical amount. They told me to have another vet give me a second opinion. I will not return.

I have worked with this hospital for over a year now and Dr. Daniels has been very helpful and caring for my almost 14 yr old Chihuahua mix Bella. Her health has been up and down this past year, and with the actions and care this place has taken only made things easier for me. When Bella had a recent sudden emergency, they were quick to book me within a couple days. While things didn't look good Dr. Daniels did not give up and acted quick as she has in the past and gave Bella relief. I can always call for any questions or just to refresh my memory with Bella's conditions. They are VERY helpful about calling back and following up with anything. The staff always takes good care of my Bella and Dr. Daniels definitely has shown that when working with me directly too. This hospital has great connections and referrals to other facilities when needed. So far the specialist I was referred to is VERY NICE and credible. I can't thank EUCLID VETERINARY HOSPITAL for all they've done for us so far and am happy to call them our family vet.

Dr. Daniel's and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

They wanted me to pay for unnecessary sedation and made me wait outside while they took their time doing nothing that cost $112 and I had to go to another vet to get my dog taken care of. Most inefficient vet I’ve ever been to. Will never return!

I don't recommend this place be careful

I was reluctant about leaving my baby boarded up for 3 days while I took my son on a cruise for his birthday. I have heard and read so many horror stories from other providers. A friend of mine referred me to Euclid Veterinary Hospital, so I decided to give it a shot. Everyone was so friendly and generally nice. They even gave me a tour of the housing area, which really put my mind at ease. They answered all my questions and believe me, I had a lot. I was still nervous, boarding my baby for the first time, but that quickly disappeared. They even took care of the additionally vaccinations required for boarded pets, at a really reasonable price. I was so happy and grateful to see how well they took care of her when I got back. I could tell, they did a really good job. Thank you Euclid Veterinary Hospital!

THIS IS THE BEST VET IVE BEEN TOO IN CHINO!! I typically go to another one on riverside fr but I ended up coming to this one because it had more open availability that day than the one I go to. This is the first vet that actually checked the temperature of my dog, made sure my dog was relaxed before vaccines, and even gave me a call back the next day to ensure the vaccines didn’t give an allergic reaction to my dog. STAFF IS GREAT! I loved everything over all, this is my forever vet now

This is the place to take your pet to when needed. Dr Daniels and the staff are very caring and attentive to your concerns and your pets needs. Their prices are very reasonable, and you will always get a call back from them the next day inquiring how your animal is doing. I have been taking my animals to them for years, both emergency and non-emergency and recommend them for all needs.

It service is good nice and friendly. Great place to go. There is plenty place to park. Not too hard to find. Neat and clean there. The neighborhood is good. They need more lights in the parking it is dark. Wait wasn't too long at all.????????

Awesome straight forward service. No games, just honest care for your animals! I have used a lot of vets and they are by far my only recommendation.

This is a great place to have your pet cared for. Dr. Daniels is very thorough and compassionate. They have taken care of 3 of our dogs, 2 since they were puppies. They have vaccination days so you can get the required shots at a discount, they have a grooming service and they will take care of your pet while on vacation. I highly recommend their services and mostly Dr. Daniels.

We have had the best experiences with Dr Daniels and her staff. Everyone is so friendly and obviously care about all pets. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have taken our dogs and cats to Euclid Veterinary Hospital for 18 years. The care is compassionate and accurate.

I've been going to Euclid Veterinary Hospital now for over 10 years and have always had excellent service. I've had three different dogs now during those years, two of which had health conditions needing special care, which Dr. Daniels handled exceptionally well. We were referred to specialist when needed and that also worked out well. I highly recommend them for all your pets needs.

The staff here is terrific! Always friendly and caring, prompt service! If you want to have a happy dog take him here!

Dr. Daniels is great with our English Bulldogs. She's really good at explaining things and having that conversation about cost/result balance. Like, yes, we could spend thousands on tests, or we could watch the spot for 2 weeks and see if it heals. I really appreciate that she isn't pushy. I would confidently recommend Dr. Daniels to anyone. We've been going here for about 6 years.

Dr. Daniels could possibly be the worst veterinarian I've come across. And I believe Dr. Bullar had me get uneeded x-rays that he knew was worthless just for the money. If you would've asked me to do a review for Euclid veterinary before yesterday, I would've given them five stars. Probably because I've only gone there for yearly shots, routine check ups and the occasional allergy medication. That was before my dog had a serious problem for the first time in 15 years. Yesterday they found lumps in my dogs stomach which turns out to be mammary tumors. Dr. B informs me that my dog needed x-rays so that they can be sure and I had no problem paying for it. He then tells me that the radiologist has to come in and look at the X-rays to confirm if the tumors have spread to my dogs lungs & other organs and that Dr. Daniels is the specialist who will give me further information after the radiologist looks at the x-rays. I wait for Dr. Daniels call the next day, it never came. I had to call the office three times before I finally got a callback, and all Dr. Daniel did was introduce herself. She then proceeded to go into detail about nothing. It was like pulling teeth getting her to even tell me what the radiologist said. She couldn't give me any insight as to what step to take next. The only thing she did was refer me to another animal hospital for an ultrasound that would cost $500. Now if I needed an ultrasound why the hell did I pay $300 for an x-ray that she stated wouldnt show what they needed to see. It just seems like a scam, she couldn't tell me anything about what the previous doctor stated she'd be able to do. I doubt she even read my dogs chart, it was like speaking to someone who had no idea what was going on! She is the worst, uncaring veterinarian I've come across, it seems like unless you just need minor things for your dog, all they want to do is charge you a high bill for something and then lose all interest. Please stay away from Eucild veterinary because in the end, when your dog has a serious problem they couldnt care less.

I never do reviews but i feel like i have to say something...i took my dog bc she was limping from one leg and she was in pain.. they prescribed her a medication that almost killed my dog.. i took her back bc the medication was doing bad for her and when i took her in they didnt want to be responsible for what they prescribed..Dr Daniels said she had to talk to the manager to see if she could treat my dog without charging me bc they were the one who cause my dog to be ill.. REALLY.. I had to take my the dog home and a friend told me what to give my dog since my dog was not barking anymore and she didnt want to eat anymore.. i really thought my dog was going to die.. IN THIS HOSPITAL ALL THEY CARE IS ABOUT MONEY, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE DOGS. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY LITTLE DOG BACK TO THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN..

I came here to have my dog examin she had an open wound from a dog bite that was 5 days old when dr Doreen Daniels tells me it was very infected and that there had been a lot of tissue damage I was very scared so was my furbaby. She told me she would need to sedate her, flush and clean very well the wound, leave a drainage tube to keep draining the bacteria out to clear the infection then partially stitch her up she gave the Cost total of $876.00 with the meds I agreed of course because I couldn't stand lookin at her like that. Long story short two days after the procedure I call them back and ask to take her in because her incision had literally torn apart open it was so scary to look at. They then tell me there's nothing they can do anymore that I had to take her to an emergency hospital because the didnt know how to deal with that (are you kidding me) I wish they would of told me that from the beginning no refund or nothing!! I take her to the er and she finally got the proper care. They told me she had been stitched up to tight, so I'm thinking this dr didn't know what she was doing. So please stay away from this place.

They were all nice but very over priced they wanted to charge me 72 dollars for an examination of my dogs wound and to wrap the wound and the surgery to fix my dogs injurie was going to be 1,000 dollars and after making one call I found a place that let me come over and they examined him for free because I told them I'd let them do the surgery because they would do it for 600 dollars so i told this terrible place I was going to go to him even though he could only do it 2 days later and they warned me that the wound would get way worse and they insisted on wrapping it before I left because he'd get an infection on the 5 minute drive to the other vets who would cut off the bandage anyways I got there and he said to leave the wound that you need to let it breath so I didn't even need the bandage plus that no more tissue will die within 2 days so it would not get worse and this was not just for a sale because I could tell this guy was genuine for example he doesn't have any fake reviews on his page plus he simply hooked it up if you have any common sense you won't come here that's for sure.
