Everything was perfect. I can tell that the staff love animals and are determined to help their patients with the utmost care. They did an excellent job of helping my nervous dog feel comfortable during his examination. I would recommend to any pet owner.

We were quite pleased with all aspects of our visit. We especially appreciate the written instructions on what we can do to get best results from the treatment. Well Done!

My Veterinarian is Dr Lake, she's very thorough, she talks to you in a comforting and concerning way before and after you bring your pet in, she does not rush the conversation like some, I really feel she cares and that my dog is in good hands...

Had a 9 o’clock appointment called them and told them I was running late because of an accident I had sat in traffic for an 1hr45 minutes to get there I showed up 30 minutes late and they turned me away after they already told me to go ahead and come on in Poor customer service if you ask me

The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and knowledgable! I was very impressed with Dr. Lake and I am sure Lily is finally getting the help she needs.

From the front desk staff to Dr. Lake, everyone at the clinic has been nothing but helpful, friendly, professional and informative. My dog (a male Bullmastiff with crazy skin issues) has gotten so much better under the care of Animal Dermatology Clinic. I felt valued and listened to, which to a pet parent is very important. And my dog loves it there too!

Due to covid they do not allow you to enter the veterinarian office. They will take your pet at the door and you will have to do a conference call with the veterinarian while she is examining your pet.

Never thought my dog would ever need a skin specialist. Gave him all kinds of remedies and Vet appointments meds. My dog is looking so much better. Thanks to everyone at Animal Dermatology.

Animal Dermatology Clinic Ontario is a Godsend!!!! After emergency room pet visits with neurology appts not getting to the root of why my cat's shaking and their treatments not helping and traumatizing my cat, I took her to Animal Dermatology Clinic Ontario on the suggestion of a neurologist. Well,Dr.Lake got to the root of the issue right away! She gave an easy treatment which worked right away! I was amazed that my cat improved when we had gone through so many vet bills elsewhere that didn't help at all. I am so grateful that my little one is doing great and healthy! I was also impressed they didn't order unneeded tests like many vet clinics just to add extra charges. They also have a personable relationship to animals as this is the first vet who didn't stress out my animal.

After taking our dog to the local vet for 1 and half years, they could not stop my dog from itching. I took her to the animal dermatology clinic, they found the problem, diagnosed the problem, and gave her prescriptions that actually work!! It was amazing!! We have had 2 issues, allergies and hyperthyroidism which are both under control thanks to animal dermatology clinic!! They are professional and knowledgeable!! If your pet has any issues, take them here!! They will fix it the first time!! Don't waste your time with the local vet!! Thanks again!!

The only thing that could have made our experience better (and it was wonderful by the way) would have been the ability to meet face to face, which is not possible now. I was totally impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of Dr. Lake and the staff! Although it was our first visit, I could feel the commitment to my dog and his health.

I fully trust and feel confident with Dr. Lake’s treatment recommendations and expertise. Her compassion and empathy is genuine and I feel as though she truly cares about both of my cats’ well being. She was able to diagnose both of my cats’ conditions (that no other doctor has been able to) within 1-2 appointments and maintain their treatment

The service I've had at Animal Dermatology has been exceptional but the most importantly, my dog Valentino has been improving tremendously. After a year and a half of ongoing skin issues, consulting with three different vets, and high vet bills, Animal Dermatology Clinic figured out the diagnosis. Additionally, the doctors and staff are extremely helpful and compassionate, something hard to find when it comes to vets. My dog is doing soooo much better and he is almost back to normal. I strongly recommend Animal Dermatology Clinic for any skin issues your pet might have.

Appointment was fantastic in every respect. I was able to get my pet in in a very timely fashion. Staff was friendly and professional and skilled. Veterinarian communicated well, understood clinical history extremely well, addressed all problems on the problem list, and came up with a very effective treatment plan and diagnosis. Couldn't be more pleased.

Great specialist, I've taken two of my kiddos (fur babies). Its a bit pricey but it is a specialist so yeah. The only thing that I tend to have hiccups in is getting call backs to the phone number that is provided to them to get a call back; otherwise great service with them. I must mention that the reason both my fur kiddos have been properly diagnosed is because they were already previously seen by their regular vetenarian and ruled out for most common things and were more focused on certain things they had.

Couldn't be more happy. Dr Lake took very good care of our dog Astro. Its only been a few days since his visit, still in recovery stage. I'll be sure to update but so far so good.

They do a great job keeping my baby healthy. She looks like a completely different dog than when I first brought her in. Reading some of the reveiws I have to add it also takes the cooperation of the animal owner to follow the staffs instructions. Medications, bathing, food and monitoring your pet. You have to work as a team with the doctors to get your pet better. If you do you will have a healthy pet.

Took my dog there for Environmental Allergy, weekly allergen shots, topical anti-itch creams, three years and $3,000+ spent, didn't help.

Franchise McMedicine at its absolute worst. Under Dr. Frazer's care for 3 weeks, my dog went from being moderately and treatably ill to losing most of his hair, 20% of his body weight, suffering from increasingly ferocious and unrelenting itching, and ultimately being, as our new dermatologist observed, close to death. Is there some ego thing attached to needing to "guess" at the diagnosis & treat your "guess" rather than the actual illness? Some aversion to simply using the gold standard diagnostic tool, in this case a skin biopsy? What on earth is the MATTER with you???? During that 3 weeks my dog suffered immensely, mercilessly, needlessly, while Dr. Frazer chased after the unknown but eminently diagnosable disease with an anemic little arsenal of undermedication and lots of "wait and see," and thought we "might" want to "think about" doing a biopsy "after the holidays," whatever that meant. I finally brought my dying dog there & demanded a biopsy, following which I took him to a real dermatologist, and within 48 hours of the new treatment he no longer had to wear the cone & was noticeably better. He is now eating, gaining weight, his skin is clearing, he is happier, & the nightmare we had to live through because of Dr. Frazer's utter nonchalance about my dog's condition is nearly over. Thank goodness I found someone who knew what he was doing, or my dog would be dead right now. RUN AWAY from this place, and BEWARE any practitioner who chooses to "diagnose by medication response" when there is a better alternative. In this case, there definitely was. Find someone who will get IN FRONT of the disease rather than chase it while it gets farther & farther ahead. Find someone who doesn't do "polite medicine," acting like she has all the time in the world, when something is OBVIOUSLY in urgent need of something more aggressive and timely. It's no wonder they are right next door to CVS, which is another Econo Lube-n-Tune of veterinary medicine.
