Don't waste your time with this place extremely lazy I pay every month to have there insurance yet every time I try to get my dog in they always turn me down they will no longer get my business.

Very professional and personable staff who all obviously love the animals. They are very patient with my older “granddog “ bc she is scared to death and trembling every time we have to bring her in. I appreciate the love and care they extend to her!

Good visit, I didn't get answers to my questions. It seemed to me rushed no concerns. Scheduled an appt for my 10 year old dental procedure and the estimated cost is $1990. I told them I can't afford that amount and asked if they had resources that could help me and they said " they don't know of any other resources. So i've been searching for help since. I had plans to bring my puppies to Thrive for vaccinations and to be spayed. After the glazed over treatment I received I won't be going there. My three dogs are my family and very precious. I want a Veterinarian to treat them as such.

I brought my new kitten (Maxwell) in yesterday for a head to toe checkup/exam. At the vet's office I asked why the kitten was shivering and they told me it's due to the new environment and was told to give Maxwell some time to adjust. Shortly after I came home I felt that Maxwell had a high temperature and so I called the vet office to ask if they took Maxwell's temperature. The tech sort of dismissed my suspicion about the high temp and wanted me to wait a few days. Due to worry, I asked if I need to take Maxwell's temp myself? She said no because I might damage the kitten's ear drum and then gave me an analogy saying" look, I'm 22 and I still got tired: meaning the cat is young but can be tired from the traveling". After her downplaying my suspicion, I had to turn to a 24 hour pet emergency hospital and found that Maxwell in fact had a dangerous 106 degree fever. So he is hospitalized now. I want Vetco to know about this and it is the unprofessional conduct that I'm reporting. I also do not want Maxwell to go back to Vetco and I want to cancel the membership that I signed up yesterday as well. I just don't feel your services are competent or trustworthy. My pets are family to me and need a vet service that treats them as such. We are very very worried as our little Max is still fighting for his life under the emergency doctor’s care. ????

Great prices, allowing pet owners peace of mind; not having to decide between quality pet care or Not having a pet. Knowledgeable vet & competent friendly staff. Low cost montly pet program, causing a euphoric feeling when presented the reduced bill. Fees explained prior to completion of visit. Check them out! ???? ????????

All of the staff were sweet ladies who were super welcoming and informative. I’m a first time pet owner and was very impressed by the ease of the process and affordability. I will be back for the boosters next month????

Popped up on google with a nice ad and good reviews so I called them but...well I'm in California not Denver. Where the office it called for me was located and it wasn't until I had already booked my appointment and I was headed to the appointment that I called back again and discovered that the offivwas in a totally different state all together! I know that it is not entirely thier fault and that google had a part to play but I was on my way to the appointment and I was 2 states away when it looked to me like it was in oceanside, California.

I won't lie, it cost a pretty penny. However, the costumer service and the way that they explain things is above and beyond. They even warned us it would be pricey. We have had two other vet experiences which yes they w ere cheaper but they didn't have that care for our little puppy. I would highly recommend if money isn't an issue.

THRIVE is a great place to take your pets! I recently got a rescue kitten, and wanted to do a check-up and get vaccines. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Pham was so helpful and honest with me. I could tell they truly cared about keeping my cat healthy and happy. Plus, they were very inexpensive. This was my first time at THRIVE and I will definitely be returning!

Thank you for asking got my opinion Since about 1 year my dog Nikko has been a patient with Petco Veterinarian We signed up for monthly payments During his Visit for his immunization on June 8th he got exposed to Kennel cough by a dog in the waiting area. With Covid Limitation i understand him having to wait in the treatment area. About 1 week later Nikko became sympathetic and I called for him to be seen. The most available appointment was 2 weeks later and no emergency services available He was treated by Surfeside animal hospital the same day and prescribed antibiotics for kennel cough At his regular appointment at the Petco groomers 2 days ago he was refused service because of his cough problems. Well, other than a free examination I have not had any benefit from your health plan I respectfully request to cancel any further charges to my account for veterinary insurance. We will no longer patronize your facility or Petco Thank you for your understanding Andrea Anderson

Best Vet I've ever been too. Take all 4 of my animals here, they even took my sick baby in for an emergency one day and if they didn't, he could be dead. I love the THRIVE program, its saved me so much money especially since I have 1 senior dog. They treat us so well, they work with us and Dr. Pham is the best vet I've come across. She really cares for my animals and communicates well and I trust her and the whole staff with my babies. I will never take my babies anywhere else as long as I live here.

I had to get my dog a last minute rabies booster before a trip to Mexico and they exceeded my expectations! Very affordable and the monthly plan helped save me some money as he has to come back for a few other shots in a month. Everyone was extremely nice, so the whole experience was great.

Amazing service, really great staff that are obviously animal lovers, whom explain everything needed for the care of your pet. They will answer any questions you have in detail. Just an overall great experience for pet and there person alike.

Just barely let me in. Spoke to one very rude lady in the phone but she didn't dare show her face when I came inside. Instead, two nice people helped me out.

Dr. Pham and her staff took amazing care of our girl Blue. We will be back to see them

Wow! When I say great service I mean it! I was able to book my dog appointment online which was awesome! We got there and the entire staff was wonderful. My dog got great care and the price for it all was so affordable!! Im so thankful I brought my dog here!! Thank you so much!!

This Thrive is the best vet I’ve taken my dogs to. I highly recommend them. Even with 5 teeth pulled they were still cheaper than our previous vet. The staff is very caring and the doctor called me before and after the procedure to let me know everything was ok. I’m going to schedule for my other dog to have a cleaning here as well.
