Took my older dog Harley here when she was in pain and near the end of her life. The staff and vet were amazingly supportive, comforting and professional. Even as difficult as the day was and will be for a while, they made it easier to deal with. Thank you to the staff at Pacific Animal Hospital.

We wouldn’t go anywhere else. We recommend PAH to people who ask us where we go. We feel very confident that our pets needs will be handled professionally, with concern and compassion. Desiree does a fantastic job on Kiki’s fur she always looks adorable and wouldn’t trust anyone else to groom her even though Kiki isn’t the easiest dog to groom. When we first moved here 8 years ago we took our cat to you and now our dog.

I take my two furbabies here for both medical and grooming. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure that they are happy and healthy. They understand the parents as well and work hard to make sure that both animals and parents can get the best quality and care.

I love Dr. Jones and the staff at Pacific Animal Hospital! All are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My two pups love them. They have taken the time to get to know each one and their different needs. I highly recommend them.

Presented worst case scenario first followed by other less costly treatments. Would really appreciate being offered the less costly option first with follow up on more costly options afterwards. Really need to work on their bedside manner when dealing with clients that don’t carry pet Insurance

Love the staff . They made a bad situation comforting. They aren't pushy on a bunch of tests. I pretty much knew going in, my dog was not coming home. They knew the story of how this dog was dumped by the previous owner to die and that we gave him a good home for 9 months of his life. They helped me with a diabetic cat a few years ago and were super helpful. Now we are working on another one of my cats with some other issues. Just trying to say it's a great place for all services. Best if all they are open 7 days a week.

On 7/28/21 we had a 1:30 pm appointment. We felt that it was very disrespectful treatment of a customer to leave us and our dog sitting out in the "HOT SUN and HOT CAR", sweating it out for OVER half an hour waiting for an appt. Furthermore when we asked how much longer we we would have to endure this disrespectful treatment, their answer was, we don't know, so we left.

My 14 year old "difficult" dog had a great experience at Pacific Animal Hospital under the care of Dr. Travis. Pauly suffers from fear aggression and when the vet I was using retired I was panicked about changing vets. Pauly did very well at Pacific Animal Hospital and I'm thrilled to give them a top notch recommendation. The exam was thorough and his medical history was carefully reviewed. I believe he is in great hands!

It was my first visit to this Hospital for my Dogs. I didn't see Doctor Travis in person. He talked with my husband on the phone. This was the only issue for me. Generally I liked their service.

Dr. Nicole Pich was great. Kat the VT was also very kind. I have been a customer at this hospital for over 35 years. I have always had great service. Dr. Pich examined my dog with a great attitude. She explained everything. Yes, this business is expensive but it is worth every cent. The old saying of, “you get what you pay for”, applies here. Thank you for having a great business with a great staff.

Dr. Travis is the best! But so is Dr. Gustafson. I always know my fur babies are getting the very best care at Pacific Animal Hospital. The rest of the staff professional and caring as well.

They were able to get my sick puppy in and do tests on a Sunday, then were able to get me into the Veterinary Specialty hospital immediately when the tests came back as extreme anemia. They coordinated with them and got all the information transferred so she was able to get blood transfusion and medical care. It probably saved her life. The Dr. is very comprehensive in checking and testing, always calls personally to give results and reviews all possible treatments and options.

Covid policies that are still in place where they hold your pet hostage until payment is made by phone are absolutely ridiculous. I was given a 20 mins heads up that my dog had to be picked up at a certain time. I was working so pulled up my meeting on my phone and headed to pick him up. Texted them that I was there yet they wouldn’t release him until I could call with the payment. We had been coming to this vet for almost two years, never missed an appointment or payment. That type of treatment with the premium prices they charge is just not aligned.

Make this clear, they are amazing! The staff and doctors have worked with our dog since the first day we got him! We live 1-2 hours (depending on traffic) and we wouldn't mind doing it for our dog. We've gotten surgery done here as well. Amazing. Highly recommend. I wish I could pack them in my suitcase if I ever move further.

I felt like they cared about my pups and were very thorough on their first visit.

I have been taking all my animals to the Banfield vet for many years and am so unhappy that they have just become so uncaring about the animals verses their corporate protocols. I have a 110 pound dog who is limping and needed to be seen right away, only to be told that they can not see him for a week and a half. My son took his dog to Pacific Animal Hospital and was extremely happy with their care. I thought I would give them a try. They were able to get my dog in right away to see why he was limping and from the moment I spoke to the staff on the phone to make the appointment and arriving at their facility they were so caring and attentive to my concerns. The vet tech Brandon took great care with Buddha, who gets very anxious when going to the vet, but he was patient and caring. When it came time to talk to Dr. Jones, who evaluated Buddha, really took her time to explain what she felt was going and and the options I had to confirm her diagnosis. At no time in our conversation did I feel pressured into having to spend more on tests or procedures. Dr. Jones gave me all the options and the costs, which allowed me to decide what path I felt would be the best for my Buddha. The overall visit was a great experience and I will be taking all my animals to their facility in the future. Thanks for taking such good care of Buddha

I have been bringing every cat or dog pet here since I was a small child. They have always been fantastic!

Pretty happy with them so far. Super responsive on emails. Dr. Gustafson is very smart and clearly knows pets well. She took time to explain details about my dog's blood test and answered my questions satisfactorily. Overall very happy so far...5 stars across the board.

I’ve been taking my pets here for years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone has always provided exceptional service.

We had our Ragdoll, Lucy, in for her wellness checkup. The staff and doctors treated Lucy like she was their pet! So loving, caring, and gentle! When a possible scratch to her cornea was noticed, a stain screen was done, immediately. No scratch was indicated, but drops were prescribed for a chronic tear issue, which might be causing her to scratch her eyes. We really appreciated the initiative! We have also boarded Lucy during a vacation, and she looked well fed, groomed, and content when we picked her up. We will be boarding her, again, in a cat condo, for a long weekend in September, and will have teeth and paw care done. We know our Lucy will be in good hands!

The people at this Pacific Animal Hospital are so nice and friendly and care about my pet Teacup Maltese, Sophia! The doctor was so friendly and spoke with me in terms that I could understand! Great service and Great people!

They don’t actually care about animals health.

Everyone there is super nice and friendly. They turn very stressful situations into feeling that everything will be ok. Love the receptionist lady. I forgot her name though!

We have been taking our dog and cats here for over a year and we have a very nice visit each time. The facility is spacious which is nice because my dog is anxious around other dogs on leashes. All of the front desk people and the techs and vets are super kind and helpful and explain things clearly so that it’s all less overwhelming and an enjoyable experience start to finish. I’m not sure why other reviews talk about being pressured to get other services done. We’ve only ever been recommended things that our animals need but never pressured. We love this place!

We recently came to the decision to have our old dog put down. It was an extremely hard decision. You know when it's time but you also want a second opinion. The vet and staff were so kind and supportive. They helped make a very difficult day tolerable. I can not say enough kinds words for the compassion, professionalism and treated our dog with respect. I know they spoke the truth and didn't try to 'save' him with more medicine. Thank you Pacific Animal Hospital!!!

I am new to the area and my buddy Cane had a mishap hiking Saturday evening. I came to Pacific Animal Hospital on Sunday morning and they made space for Cane to be seen and took amazing care of my best buddy. The entire staff is courteous and professional and really cared for Cane and made the trip as affordable as possible. Just awesome people and a great Animal Hospital !! I will definitely be back and highly recommend!
