VCA Cypress Animal Hospital Oakley, California

Cypress vet staff members are compassionate and dedicated individuals. They provided their expertise to my chocolate lab, Ollie, because of an eye injury. They provided him so much care you would think he was part of their own family. So careful about everything they needed to do with him during his visit. I definitely recommend checking them out. They are worth having by your side in time of need for all your pet care needs. Thank you Cypress Vet for providing such great care to my Ollie. He is my everything.

I love this vet! They are so great with my pup! Dr. Dilley is wonderful with my pet and it puts me at ease since I’m always so nervous! Front office staff are super friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend. Even though I don’t like going to the vet I love the people there and the care we receive!

I took my baby Stella for a follow up appointment on 09/02 after being seen by the ER team at the VCA Antioch location. My girl had a superficial corneal ulcer that required antibiotic ointment and wearing an e collar for over a week. Dr. Chiang did the necessary exam and I was informed her eye had healed without any complications. I was IMPRESSED by all the staff at this location! They were very friendly, warm, and professional! They were very sweet to Stella and even gave her a bow and goodie bag for visiting. They aren't my primary but with all the love my dog received I am planning on making future appointments for her vaccinations next year through them. Thank you for all the love and goodies you showed my baby! I've attached pics of her at the beach after the appointment with her bow on :)

They are kind and considerate and truly care about your pets wellbeing! I know this, because I am one of the veterinarians that works there and the staff and the doctors really do care deeply about not only your pets that you as well.

I feel like I was pushed into getting a care plan for my cat,who they now say won't be around much longer and specialists aren't covered by the plan so he can't be seen as we don't have the extra money to do so. Also this great plan is locked in so even after my cat passes I'm stuck paying 78. a month for the remainderoftheyear! Office staff is sweet as can be though . Dr is thorough but had no answers, other than probably cancer or heart, and didn't really want to help but decided that we could wait on blood results and try a couple medications from there. Atleast those could help with discomfort. Hopefully

We have been going to CAH for 12 years now. We have always gotten the best care for our Black Lab, Raider that we laid down last year and our 12 years old Pomeranian. Very professional and always empathetic when needed. Highly recommended! ♥️

Thank you again to the amazing staff and DR for taking my dog in to get seen the same day I called for an appt. Bella started bouncing back to herself about an hour after she was given the medications, I had tears of joy because I was so nervous about what was going on with her. The staff and the Dr took the time to answer all of my million questions that I had which is to be expected when our fur babies arent feeling well and I can tell they were very understanding. I never once felt like I was annoying them and I did not feel rushed. This is the kind of office that any pet owner should take their pet too. Again, thank you so much!!!

They took excellent care of my cats and I drove from Antioch happy with them

The vets here are very nice and knowledgeable . It is a little pricey but they are worth it in there care and love and follow up care of our fur babies.

First Star: Is the location neat? Yes. The rooms are always swept and straightened up between patients. Second Star: Is the staff friendly? Yes. The entire staff is always warm and welcoming . Third Star: Is the service prompt? Yes. We've never waited longer than about 5 minutes for our appointment. Fourth Star: Is the product/service satisfactory? Yes. We've had a few hiccups due to changes in staff, procedure, and systems, but the staff is always willing to work any kinks out. The dogs love coming back every time. Fifth star: Is the price acceptable? Yes. The service is reasonably priced.

Dr. Dilley is amazing! She’s so kind and patient. She works really well with pets and was able to gain the trust of my dog well. She was very thorough. The technicians were kind and helpful as well. Highly recommend them!

Took good care of my cat

I can’t stress enough how pleased I am with Dr April and the vet technicians that cared for my dogs yesterday. Dr April genuinely showed love compassion and concern for my dogs and was very knowledgeable and professional. The technicians were also very informative and caring. Did I mention my dogs loved them? I m happy to share that both of my babies are doing better today thank you to Dr April❤️

I was referred by a Furry Friends staff member. My little dog"Puppy," was very ill. She told me about a Veterinarian, Dr. April. I want to have the perfect words here to let people know that this is a excellent Veterinarian. She is Amazing & Wonderful. My dog went to other vets before stopping here. She could have died from the lack of right teatment & diagnoses. Dr. April literally diagnosed my dog in mins & confirmed her thoughts with exray & bloodwork and right meds. I love Dr. April & you will too. I refer people all the time. There are other veterinary doctors here as well. The staff here are friendly & I thought it was great how a nurse comes in 1st to get history etc... just like a trip to a Dr. Appt for us humans. Dr. April closely followed Puppy's care I think for about a year or longer & then helped Puppy go home. I dont leave reviews unless I feel it is important.

This is a very great veterinary hospital. My pets have received great quality care. I'm so pleased with Dr. April she's very thorough with her exams and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't say enough.

They were very helpful and showed alot of compassion. I had to go there again with another one of my babies. I feel they are wonderful.

We just moved to this area a year ago and needed a new vet for our cats. They have not seen the dr. yet - however because the tech was very friendly and efficient, I have very high confidence our cats will get the best of care

Since I first got my precious Yorkie,Samson at 8 week of age I started with Cypress Veterinary. I have to say Dr.Dilly is a very hands on vet that really knows animals.The staff is extremely helpful,plus I owe special thanks to Holly for helping me in.a special way.I highly recommended taking your wonderful animals their!
