I can't begin to explain how grateful I am for Rocket Dog. They rock!

Tried adopting a dog from here but never heard back. We called, emailed and texted the number on the website.

I foster for this rescue and they rally car about the animals

Wonderful people, taking wonderful care of wonderful dogs that need some extra TLC to live their best lives and find forever homes.

Rocket dog rescue is one of the most amazing organization I've ever come across. The founder is passionate about making dogs lives better. All the volunteers are great and kind people. We fostered a small terrier mix dog through them and they supported us throughout the experience. It was first time for us to have a dog and they made it so easy for us. Thank you RDR and specially Krista!

Recently adopted from this group. Looking for a potential dog.

Rocket Dog Rescue is one of, if not THE MOST, understanding, caring, and compassionate organizations I have ever came across. They not only helped in my situation with my chocolate-rednose pitbull, Aki-lah, but they followed up and kept in touch through the whole time. And made our situation a little easier to deal with when we had to make the decision to put her to sleep. Rocket Dog Rescue is an example of how these organizations SHOULD be helping the communities that they operate in.

Slow reply. Filled adoption form. Texted and emailed after waiting 2 weeks. Understanding Covid and other issues. Was finally contacted after 5 weeks and dog was gone.

I APPLIED to adopt 2 dogs. They had the nerve to ask me for photographs of inside & outside my house and me and my roommate. I am a home owner in this community and I had several pets and always go to animal shelters to adopt. I don't know when it became so hard it is like adopting a child but im trying to adopt a pet. Very disappointed I am going to the Oakland animal shelter and adopting a dog for free because July is adopt a dog free month every single year. There were awesome dogs to choose from and the staff was very supportive and helpful. Shame on U rocket you could adopt a lot of more dogs if you stop judging people and trying to be judge and jury when you should just be trying to help dogs find a good home

This people rescue all kind of dog and also some cats and birds they give a second opportunity to dogs which other people don't like or sick they provide medications and asisten they required

I know this group when my room mate rescue a sweet Bischon Frise puppies ,they are nice people and the give out nice puppies.
