They came out to trim the nails of our dog a few times, then after about 3 visits the guy said something like, "you could probably do it yourself, you know". And then I contacted them again and they did not return my calls.

No one responded in the chat nor did i ever get a follow up email. I think this company deletes bad reviews to keep a high star record. also they responded to one person that had the same review as this one and just gaslighted their experience with them. They are in the wrong. What is the point of a chat if no one responds.

Prime mobile does an amazing job with our three crazy dogs. You can’t beat the convenience and the employees are so kind and patient with our pups. We are SO glad that we found Prime Mobile, it’s a life saver and our dogs (and house) are significantly less stinky than they would be without this awesome company!

I've been emailing Prime all week to get a date for just a bath, no grooming and after days of emailing them they finally told me it's $80 for a bath. On the 5th day of emails he told me they were booked for 3 months in advance. What a waist of my time

I’m so happy with Prime Mobile! They are on time, communicate well, and do a fabulous job. They have been gentle with my puppy, helping him get family and comfortable with being groomed. Super important to us. They recently went above and beyond and did a “dry” grooming to avoid getting his stitches wet. They could have rescheduled but instead they were flexible and accommodating and did what they could given the constraint. We were so pleased with that special service and the results were as good as ever. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service. I was amazed how much he was able to put my very skittish pup at ease! I received photos to assure me Sadie was doing great. I never thought she’d let anyone cut her nails. She looked and smelled fantastic afterward. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a very convenient way of grooming your pet, this is where you go, well actually no, they come to you! My Shepherd was losing a lot of fur and needed a nice bath, so I decided to give these guys a call. They were not only very responsive but also professional and friendly. I was very happy to see how calm and gorgeous he looked when they were done. I’ll definitely be using their services going forward.

Do the cove and we haven’t been able to take our dog into our usual groomer, so I went on yelp and looked for a mobile groomer. I booked it about a month ago, obviously they’re busy, and much to my delight they showed up exactly when they said they would! From Marin County that was a good start! My dog Jack really liked the groomer, and when he came out he was clean his nails were perfect, his teeth are brushed he had a little bandanna on and he’s a happy puppy. What a delight to find a business that does but they say they’re going to do!
