Wow, I've never met someone so rude. Whoever is on shift today 1/11/22 (12 pm) is really rude to the community members; one of the workers on shift today was cursing at the top of her lungs at the fact that I showed up to the wrong suite. She proceeded to yell at me in public once she opened the door and demanded to know who I work. I will NEVER bring my pets to get care at this facility with workers like the one I experienced today. She needs some personal help and I suggest therapy and 12 step program to help her with her anger issues. Your admin team will be hearing from me.

Absolutely love this place. I couldn't say enough nice things about them. I feel very safe bringing my pets here.

Excellent vet and staff. I highly recommend them. I feel lucky we found them for our giant rescue puppy, as they are very comfortable with large dogs.

My Senior Lab. was diagnosed with an oral tumor and was treated quickly with surgery by Dr. Berkley. She has been the best Vet I have been to in all of Novato and is an exceptional vet with loads of compassion. Her clinic is also following all the Covid protocols. Thank you Dr. Berkley. We. Love. You.

Great people. They care about your pets and do an outstanding job!

I thought this clinic had good reviews and I shifted my 3 dogs to start using them. I had 1 appointment that seemed to go OK. Then 1 made an appointment for my 2 other dogs and they were open for a back to back time slot that they offered to me. As it turned out I was 15 minutes late due to a freeway accident congestion. Because of Covid they are meeting everyone in the parking lot to exchange pets. The 1st thing that the receptionist said to me is she would have to cancel and re-schedule, and I understood the 1st appointment at 4 pm would be rescheduled however I was 15 minutes early for my next appointment and they agreed to see my second dog. Then the worst harranging I have ever experienced occurred while she accused me of wasting their time and costing them money, I said I had the 2nd dog with me if they wanted to go through with both examinations but instead she continued to yell at me in the parking lot in public like a demented person. Then she walked away telling me to go somewhere else. I think they wanted the 2 exam fees rather than 1. They were mad because they could not make extra fees with the double appointment even though I tried to go whichever way they wanted. But Screaming at me made her more happy than anything else. I would not use these people ever and I hope those of you who read this choose a kinder less money grubbing veterinarian.

Dr Berkeley and her staff are top notch individuals. They go above and beyond for their clients. My dog had to have emergency surgery during the PGE black out. They borrowed 2 generators from their neighbor and also a stellar individual and business at Center Shoe Repair. They had a Specialist come in for the surgery which was removing a 8.8 lb tumor from her hip. He along with Dr Berkeley did the surgery with w generators and head lamps which was a great success. I take both my dogs there and always will.

I have used Dr Berkley and staff for 6 years since they took over this practice. Their commitment to their existing clients is admirable and very much appreciated. Knowing that I can get my dog in within a reasonable time frame from my call is a great comfort. Thank you Dr Rachel, and your professional staff!

Dr Berkley and Chris are awesome. I worked with then and learned so much. I will always be grateful for that. They go above and beyond helping people furry family members. Her care is top notch. No skimping. I moved to southern Oregon and will still drive the 5 hours to have her look at My pets. I highly recommend her. They are good Dr , good friends. ????

Love the Vet and her staff. They've taken care of my two "babies" forever. I moved out of Novato, but still take my dogs to this Vet because of the care and absolute dedication to the health of my fur babies.

Remodel is a great addition. Dr. Berkeley and Chris and Monica are great, caring and compassionate.

They are fantastic with our pets and with humans. I personally feel that Center Vet is the best Vet I have ever dealt with. If you give them a try I believe you will go back and make them your family Vet.

Doctor Berkeley and Chris are so caring and compassionate! My 15 year old cat was having thyroid issues when I first started coming to Center Vet. She was throwing up, had suddenly lost a lot of weight and was meowing most of the night. Due to Doctor Berkley, Callie is like a new cat! I would highly recommend Center Vet to anyone.

Dr. Berkley is a wonderful veterinarian and an invaluable source of information, especially regarding behavioral issues. I now live clear across the country, and I *still* call her for advice. She is kind and compassionate to dogs and humans alike, and I trust and recommend her without reservation.

Very understanding, caring and helpful office. She gave me choices to the level of care and options with a foxtail problem when others just wanted to do surgery for an older dog. All went Well without surgery.
