I had questions and they kept picking up the phone and hanging up. A fax machine was turned on. Not what it used to be. Nevermind.

They are under NEW MANAGEMENT and did not tell us that Anna no longer works here! Not only did they ruin my 2 yr old Yorkys hair, they cut him 4x, they burned him with the razor on his belly, left patches BUT worst of all they returned him to me with one injured eye! My beautiful interjected dog could barely open his right eye i had to rush him to our vet and sure enough my dog caught an infection there. He had to get a shot and take medication for 2x weeks. It literally broke my heart, my dog was crying in pain he really could of lost his eye. I will NEVER bring him back.

I walked right in to have both my dog's nails cut and they helped right away. They've been really nice and price was great!!

Horrible place. The owner as well as the employees do not care about the well being of the pets. They just want to steal your money. In addition they're super rude and low, low class.

They did a great job on my baby.. also was able to cut my sisters dog which can be a little mean when it comes to grooming.. great job on both babies

Been going there for years with previous dogs, but this past weekend when I picked up my puppy for some reason she kept trying to touch her face. Later on I realized they cut her! No I did not go back;I live to far to be going back just to argue! My poor dog was in pain! DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK EVER.

Unprofessional, extremely rude, employees almost gave me the wrong two dogs. Haircuts are avg. and very unorganized. They do not care about feedback, instead push clients away. Save yourself the time, headache, and money. The owner, while nice, will be extremely rude if the conversation isn’t in her direction.

Wow I took my 2 dogs for a flea bath and when I got them back they were infested with fleas. More than what I came in with. They’re itching really bad that they have rashes on their skin. I called them and told them about what happened and they refused to help. They are extremely unprofessional and honestly I don’t think they even care about the dogs that they service. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to be talked to with a bad attitude and for them to treat your dogs horrible. They don’t even give the poor dogs any water while they’re waiting.

I took my 2 puppies yesterday & they almost gave me the WRONG DOGS I had a horrible experience.!! I took my pups for a flea bath & a teddy bear cut and was very sad with the service. Still found fleas on dogs. And one lady told me to shut up & don’t come back, when I told them that they are very unorganized. They are under new ownership, and this place is not a good establishment

I took my dogs for grooming. And the woman older lady at from was rude to check in Whe I told her she was benign rude. She called a woman from the back. She said was the owner. And she was even more rude then the woman checking in To my surprise one of my dogs was all cut up on he’s front legs Never coming back to this place. Be aware of this crazy irresponsible people

Never going back. I left my dog for grooming at 9 am and she wasn’t ready until 4:30 pm. Bad staff attitude and the worst part is my dog had a bad blotchy haircut.

I took one of our dogs in the past there. They gave me something that was supposed to help make his cot shinny and he ended up throwing up and didn’t want to walk the next morning. Had to Take him to the vet. If you google the shop you’ll see they have been invested before. And people have filed suits against them. I didn’t go back after that

I go there alot. They are friendly and clean. My dog doesn't seem bothered when I pick her up. They usually fit her in if I don't make an appt. Inexpensive rates. ????

This business is too unorganized and unprofessional. The prices fluctuate , not based on dogs services or listed prices, but based on who checks you out. When the owner calculates your bill and it's a holiday weekend, she adds additional $10 higher and makes excuses like it was the dog whose different. I did business therefore past 8 mos and now FED up, seeing what the pattern mounted to and never the same skills in grooming results. Now the sign says $20 extra for aggressive DC dogs dont know what determines t Hat at but I do know your pets will be there all day and they dont even give them water. I've telephoned while in shop and watched them let phone ring and tell me oh the phone never rung.

You have to be there before 10 am or they will not take you no matter where you come

I have been taking my dogs to Anna's for 15 years. I feel they are very good!

I had taken my pets here for about a year because they use to be really great at taken care of my "babies"but the last few months the service has gone down hill. The staff has forgotten to brush the teeth, clean the Anal glands of my babies and I even ask could they give them water because they are always breathing hard and heavy when I pick them up. I've brought this up to staff but No changes so I will be taken them to another groomer who I hope will care for them.
