"Cat" is out of the bag, so to speak...Sera is great! I needed a last-minute sitter over the busy holiday season and Sera saved me. She was super friendly and took care of everything my animals needed, also sending me pictures to let me know they were doing well. I hope she doesn't get completely overbooked because I think I've found my go-to sitter!

I was recommended Hesby Pet Care by a friend and I couldn’t be happier! Dan was super communicative throughout. He discussed my pet sitting needs thoroughly, and arranged a 5 night dog sitting for my two Boston Terriers including keeping a schedule to administer medication to my special needs, epileptic dog Huxley. I recieved updates often, and the dogs were happy when I came back! They have also solved my dog walking needs in Studio City. Very happy with the service, and personalized attention. I highly recommend them!

Sera is the best! When we first contacted her, she came by to meet our cat and sat on the floor until our cat felt comfortable with her. Our cat is afraid of most people, so seeing her take that time meant a lot! I love knowing that she cares so much about the animals she watches and isn't just feeding them and leaving. She also sends pictures and videos, which make me feel a lot better when I'm away. We're so lucky to have found Hesby Pet Care and would definitely recommend them to any other pet owners in the area!

Can’t say enough good things! Reached out to Sera for 3 days of evening visits. It was a bit last minute for summer when everyone is on vacation, but they made time for me and my cat Fremont. The planning was actually quick and painless! I was in need of a dog walker on very short notice and thank goodness I found Hesby Pet Care. Had to leave my pooch with my grandma but didn't want her walking the dog since she walks with a cane. We had the best experience with Sera last weekend! We were leaving town on short notice for the weekend and needed to find someone to look after our 4 cats while we were gone (2 of which need daily medication BTW!). When our usual sitter was unavailable, Sera filled in on short notice, and after one visit has already become our new "usual sitter"! She spent tons of time here with our boys, provided specific updates on each of them, sent us some adorable videos (complete with a soundtrack) that really gave us the peace of mind to know that our boys were in the best of hands. This is the first time I have left our pets with a pet sitter. I found Dan and Sera on line, spoke to them and they came to the house, very close to their home, to meet my pets. They were professional and glad to see them wearing masks. They sent me their insurance information and they are so friendly. In addition to staying at the house, my dog needs medication and since he is a senior dog, more attention. The cats, of course, didn’t mind who was here! We received texts, pictures and videos daily of all three pets. I feel very comfortable leaving them with Dan and Sera. Good to have a neighborhood pet sitter, and dog walker if I need. I can't say enough positive things about Sera! We've been using Hesby Pet Care in North Hollywood for about 3ish years now for daily walks and overnights when we're out of town. We have 3 dogs, and they can be a bit of a handful, but Sera has always just loved on them unconditionally with no complaints, even when they cause trouble. When Sera walks our boys, we receive updates as to when she's arriving, what business they did and she always includes pics. When we're out of town, we get lots of text updates and tons of videos and pics. We've had some pretty unreliable sitters before, but Sera goes above and beyond for her clients and I am so grateful to have found her as she is truly a wonderful pet sitter and dog walker! The pic attached was when I came home early one day and found Sera carrying our dog down the street after he stepped on a bee and refused to walk (he's a bit of a baby).
