They never called me back.

First I must say, They're NOT mobile! Also they re-scheduled me twice! Other than that they treated my pet well. However they didn't trim the hair around his paws and they didn't clip his nails as was expected for the $65 charge.

I had my cat groomed today and I’m so very pleased with the service!! Great job, very friendly and very prompt...was overall a great experience for myself and my cat!!:)

Needed to get my cat a shave due to matting issues. My cat is a super Cranky old man that dies not like anyone, and she was very professional and kind to him. Thank you for taking care of my baby!

They wasn't taking new clients, but gave me a few references. The first one I called came the same day for an extra tip. I needed them asap. Much love for helping me out.

No return phone call

Jeni and Francis took excellent care of my dog talking to her keeping her calm very attentive. Shes always prancing around when they are done and she looks great. Thank you both very much!

They were late but called in advance to let me know so no worries. Came up to our door introduced themselves and went right to work. Super convenient resonably priced and did a fantastic job. Couldnt be happier.

Made an appointment, on Friday for Monday at 10am. Monday morning comes around and I get a text telling me that I wasn't booked, however I had confirmation. Then the guy tells me he would be there around 12 ish. 1:30pm comes around and I text are you still coming. Someone texted me and told me a whole other guy would be out to my house by 2pm. 2:30 pm rolls around, and I text again are you still coming, and no answer as of yet, and tomorrow will be one week.....Such lames

The girls did a fabulous job with both of my dogs. They took great care to get them cut the way I wanted them and loved on them in the process! I'm going to be calling Affordable Dog Hrooming again!

I called to find out grooming rates. Owner was extremely punctual called me right back. Prices seemed fair.

I called to book an appointment and the first available appointment was 3 weeks out. This is post-covid so I understood and booked the appointment. The day before Lindy texted me to confirm and I replied right away. Nobody showed the day of the appointment or responded to my text asking if they were still coming. The next day I called and was told the appointment was "overlooked." I explained that I was upset because I gave my anxious dog a sedative specifically for this appointment. I was given a very insincere apology and asked if I wanted to rebook for their next available appointment. There was no offer to fit us in or give us a discount for the inconvenience. We will not be using them again.

Was a NO SHOW for appointment.. No phone call, message or anything!!! Did NOT return messages or phone call...Left me hanging until the next day....WOW, just WOW!

I reached out to them after seeing them on KCRA. NO response. Finally they responded with a high price but I still booked it and looked forward to my dogs being groomed. On the day of the appointment they didn’t show and did not call, we tried reaching them but got NO response. Very unprofessional of them. Not falling for that again.

Paid over $100 and they didn’t even trim my dogs nails, missed spots on her face and tail. For a dog that needs groomed once a year it’s been a month and she already needs a groom. We had to fix all the missed spots ourselves. We don’t have a “difficult” dog to groom. There’s no reason for charging so much and not getting the job done in full and totally not even clipping her nails. Terrible wouldn’t recommend.

We had a great experience ! He was experienced with dogs, you could tell. Our dog was terrified but he kept calming him down. I would recommend him to anybody in need of this service . He gets an A+ from us.

I unfortunately didn’t look in the van. My poodles came back completely shaved. My dogs were NOT groomed at all, I could have done the same thing. Very disappointed ????

I was so impressed with Jenny’s gentle nature with our three dogs. She was on time, friendly, and groomed our dogs very well! We are so relieved that we have a new mobile pet groomer to count on from here on out!
