Nice people and vets but they try to push every little service to you. If you dont mind that then they are alright.

I really like the online apointment app they have. The vets are really nice. They didn't find anything wrong with my cat and were honest about everything. I recommend it here they won't try to make you pay for anything you don't need. I recommend it here.

Great place to take your dog. I'm from Colorado had a problem with my dogs ears took him on a Sunday to this place felt great about the vet and how he handled the treatment. Did a follow up visit on the following Sunday I was so glad to see my blue heeler making progress in only a short time. Thank you X

I just left about an hour ago and I’m still crying for putting my German Shepard to rest. I was a mess and the way they treated me and my baby was so caring. Didn’t get the 2 nice tech ladies names but thank you so much for being there with me while I said my goodbyes. I appreciate you guys.

I started coming here July of 2021. Our family adopted 2 adorable kittens. This is where we brought them to start their vaccines and health checks. The staff is awesome! The veterinarians are awesome! Great attitudes and very kind. They explain everything to you about the care they are giving to your furry family. The inside is very clean and even have coffee for you while waiting. They are organized and I feel confident letting them care for my furry babies. That is a big deal for me. Thank you for taking great care of my kittens. So appreciated!

My wife and I recently acquired 2 puppies for our 3 daughters to grow up with. To make a long story short, we took both of our puppies to Norco Animal Hospital (who we have used for years) to receive their routine examinations and shots. Within 2 days of the appointment, my wife and I noticed that both puppies were not acting normal, coughing excessively in the morning and at night. My wife contacted Norco Animal Hospital the following morning. They explained that they needed to speak with one of the veterinarians and we would receive a call back within 24 to 48 hours. Needless to say, we never received a call back. My wife contacted them again the following morning after the 48 hour period was up, to which they told her they needed to speak with the veterinarian who would arrive at 8:15 AM and that she should wait for a call back. Once again, no return phone call as of noon. At this point, after watching both of my puppies progress over the course of 5 days I was not only disappointed, but also upset and angry. My puppies (one being only 3.5 lbs.) became more and more lethargic, feeling helpless, I felt something must be done! At this point I gave them a call and explained to Miguel over the phone what the situation was. I explained my disappointment with the facility and the lack of professionalism that they had displayed to my wife and I. Especially considering that they no problem collecting money from us but cannot even return a call (we even requested another appointment if necessary). Miguel put me on hold, and one of the rudest ladies I have ever spoken to in my life picked up the phone about 10 to 15 minutes later. Unfortunately I did not get a name because she didn't identify herself, I'm just surprised that I could even make it through the remainder of the conversation. She asked how she could help me, I told her I was waiting for Miguel to come back to the phone he had put me on hold. She said, "well, they sent you to me. How can I help you?" I explained to her the exact same thing that I explained to Miguel, only to receive one unprofessional response after another. I live near a retired veterinarian who validated the suspicion that both puppies had kennel cough. The representative at NAH told me there was no way that I could diagnose that and that I needed to explain to her what symptoms I was seeing. She then got frustrated because I was shocked and didn't respond immediately, saying, "are they seizing, choking, discharge, what?" She looked at the records (both had been in more than once over the previous two weeks) and told me I needed to bring them in for an exam so they could identify the problem. I said that I apologize, but the fact that I had two healthy puppies before we came in and now I have two unhealthy puppies creates some hesitancy on my end. She then told me that the puppies could have picked up kennel cough anywhere. I explained to her that besides my residence, the only other place the puppies had been to was NAH. I said they have already been in for an exam, you have their weight, can you please prescribe some medication to help them. She said that doesn't matter, they could have got it anywhere. At this point, I had enough. I felt like I was being blamed for my puppies getting sick. I told her they had both been in for exams recently and that this was ridiculous. Was she seriously trying to tell me that my puppies contracted kenell cough from my home? Or my car? She then asked me to calm down so she could speak. I waited, she responded with are you going to let me speak now. Once she started in with the appointment again I told her thanks for all the help that she didn't give and that we would be using another veterinarian. Also I told her that I hope nothing happens to my puppies or else I will be seeking legal representation against them. Later that day my wife received emails from NAH containing all of our dog's medical records and told us that we were not welcome there anymore. One of my pups is on 3 different medications and the other is on 4 for kennel cough.

Last time we went there was two months ago for picking up our nice wooden box that had our cat's name on it and it contains cremated cat ???? and it also had paw print on white round thing. That was our last remaining cat before having empty heart in our home! ???????? The service was excellent!

Thank you for being compassionate enough, and caring enough, to let us be with our precious baby as it was time for to go to rainbow bridge. A time when other vets just want to steal them, it means the world to me that you let us sit with her and let us have our time. We never felt rushed, pushed our anything less than loved from y’all. We truly appreciate the care and compassion our Sandy girl received today.

One of the best vets in town but they are also always very busy because of it. Plan ahead if possible (make and appointment). ER visits are charged double to be seen.
