Long time customer…Took my 2 maltipoos in for cut. Total hack job. Gave them benefit of doubt, contacted manager, expressed my concerns for terrible cut. I was willing to give them an opportunity to make it right, things happen. She assured me she would select a groomer she trusted, contact me to schedule and be on site during grooming. That was 3 months ago, no call, no message, nothing. Now their prices have increased over 30%. I won’t be back and do not recommend. Plus, they keep your dog in a kennel all day waiting to be groomed. My dogs start shaking uncontrollably when we pull in parking lot, including my big husky.

Nikki's pet spa was excellent! I took my dogs for a walk-in nail trim and was seen right away. Nikki's listened to the concerns I have with my senior dog and handled him with great care. I didn't even hear him fuss or get sassy, which is the usual. Before I knew it, they were done and my babies were happy. Nikki's provided an excellent experience, great care, and excellent prices that have made a trusting customer out of me and my doggos.

Nikki's pet spa in Norco took amazing care of my Australian shepherd Kylo. She was able to fit me in their busy schedule. He looked amazing and was so happy.

Apparently they're booked out minimum a month in advance so when you get there their rates change and I paid $85 for a 5 lb poodle mind you I had three poodles. They wanted more money than the 85 for flea dip which she doesn't include when she gives you the bid price , can you believe ? It was quite shocking to me. Obviously they have plenty of business and at those prices she doesn't need more clientele as me a customer of years is now completely dissatisfied and I will never ever go back

I had a great experience today as I took my double doodle and Cane Corso for a groom and bath. The staff was beyond professional and we were super happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone new to the area or wanting to switch groomers. I am exceptionally amazed at the professionalism the receptionist showed today despite encountering an irate and unreasonable Karen.

They do an excellent job deshedding my German Shepherd. She comes home looking and smelling amazing!

Hands down the best place for pet grooming. The owner and staff are very efficient, polite, and treat all visiting pets with love and professionalism.

Nikki and her great team of groomers are amazing. I've been a customer for over a decade. To date, Nikki's is my favorite place to have my German Shepherds and Belgian Malinois groomed. I just had my 120 lb King Shepherd groomed, after a long break of being unable to do so, for personal reasons having to do with my Health and distance from my Mountain house. Now that I'm back in Norco, I'm happy to bring my Fur Kids to Nikki's Pet Spa. Next up, is my German Shepherd/Aussie/Lab Mix. Another long coated Doggy. I am thankful they are in the best of Hands.

“Was” my go to pet parlor until I recently made an appointment with them for my 2 Shih Tzu which I recently just added the second pup because this is her first hair cut almost 1 month in advance and our appointment was made & DOUBLE confirmed when I made the appointment to make sure BOTH pups had appointments they confirmed YES! I called ahead today for our appointment to double check because I live an hour away now am no more locally there in Norco to see if they had BOTH appointments made which they didn’t, only for one. Jody starts telling me how sorry she was at first then changing it making it seem like it was my fault for not calling sooner and trying to justify everything for the person made an ERROR who made only the one appointment and not the two! Very DISAPPOINTED with this place and the way they handled the customer service after coming here about 3 years now and bringing them business from my family & friends. They deserve ZERO STARS for the way they handle this situation!!!!!

Have all 3 dogs done here. Great shop, owner is very personable. Can be a little hectic on weekends as expected. They carry great dog food brands as well.

My dogs always come out looking better then I brought them. No judging eyes when I haven't cleaned their ears in a bit or they are covered in mud from the river. This place treats you and your pets well.

I moved to Tracy area from Turlock in 2018 and I have looked for a doggie groomer since then. I was actually driving my little 9 year old tea cup yorkie Bella back to Turlock for the past 2.5 years. I finally found the best groomer around. I can’t put into words how much she cares for my old lady Bella. The love is there. We will not be driving back to Turlock. I have found Nikki. No turning back.
