This clinic has always treated my dog well since our initial appointment when she was spayed. Lulu has been seeing them for a whole decade now. It is so wonderful having a place we know, to care for her throughout her senior years.

Our dog Link came to Pine Creek with a bloody nose. Dr. Nolet and his Team took great care of him. Sierra and Heidi worked diligently to help our boy get the help he needed in a timely fashion. Everyone at the office displayed empathy, caring, and concern for not only our fur baby, but for us as well. They were instrumental in getting Link the care he needed. Unfortunately we discovered he had a particularly aggressive cancer, and he is at peace now. I am forever grateful for everything they did for us and our boy Link. Thank you all at Pine Creek!

They're always so friendly and they are the best veterinarian clinic.

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago so I could see a vet that treated my dog before. I arrived at my appointment time and called to check in. I drove 38 miles and was told my appointment had been canceled. As I consulted them about never canceling my appointment. The front desk made excuse after excuse why they couldn't see my dog. I was told the vet was not comfortable doing xrays, when I made the appointment I told them the dog needed xrays. I will not be using them again.

Expensive but worth it. They try to really work with you and show great compassion towards you and your fir babies. Love the staff !

Don't have any compassion, money have to be infront, ridiculous charges, any experience in small pets, careful, for more than 10 years I used the service, but I figured the Dr. give responsibility in the assists I'm back to Grass Valley Vet Hospital.

Older Gentleman Doctor is always kind, patient, and understanding of your animals discomfort during painful procedures. I trust the clinic thus far and will continue to go there for my dog, Luna.

Our dog needed to be seen asap and this clinic was so accommodating! Made room in their schedule for him to be seen that same day. Due to covid-19 the process was different. When we got there, we called from the parking lot then moved to under a pop-up. The nurse came out to give us a small muzzle to use as our dog may bite due to fright. After muzzling him, the took him in. We had to wait outside in our car. After the exam, he was brought out, the Veterinarian told us about his exam and that he would be ok. All was good! This took less than 30 minutes! Great care of our loved pup! Everyone was helpful, kind and just wonderful!

Great place, they were great with my dog, and everyone was very friendly. The vet in particular was knowledgeable and helpful, and honest as well. I work with dog and cat owners on a daily basis and when anyone asks me if I know a good vet, this is where I send them! ????

I had a bad e experience here. They really left me hanging. I told them what's up they take me dog, when the very comes back he tells me some info buy goes back in with only the implication that he would be back as i has not paid yet. After waiting for 10min clueless to what was going on we knocked on the door. And apparently he was getting medicine ready. Even though he had asked if i wanted 3 month or 6 month supply he never waited for answer or gave me details about prices or anything. Finally when they come out with the medicine and i leave aiming that they left instructions for the medication with it. But they didn't and i had to call back to figure out what was what. Also the vet had no bed side manner, at least pretend you care! I will never come back here.

Excellent service while being covid safe

Love Dr. Denny and his staff...everyone is so gentle and love all animals .I take in my 22 year old cat..everyone loves to see her..she is treated so well by everyone..The cats love Dr. Denny he has to turn on the water to hear their heartbeat because they are purring so loud!!

They were wonderful in providing the best care for my baby Bobby cat in his last days. Respectful and caring staff.

Dr. Newlett is a great doctor who takes time to now during covid to come to your car and personally talk to you. Also the staff is knowledgeable and kind. So happy to have found found them
