The best vet I have ever been to. I always feel like they truly care about my dog and the vet is very knowledgeable. I never feel pressured to pay for extra things and they are VERY communicative about options. I went to Brunswick prior and always felt they went to the extreme with worst case scenario so I felt pressured to do all these extra medications or procedures. 100% recommend 4 paws, they are the best in town by far!

The office staff is not friendly at all. I felt pressured with tests that were unnecessary for my pet. I was very unhappy with my experience.

Dr. Sue Lester was so comforting to me during a very difficult decision I had to make on Tuesday. Carrie, Lisa (I'm really sorry for not having all the ladies names) thank you for soothing my frazzled nerves. Thank you All. BTW: Dr. Lester is my canine primary Vet.

If I could give zero stars for the zero “effs” they gave about a stray dog in an emergency situation we brought to you for help, I would. Btw that dog that you barely looked at because you were worried “it has something” (the entire purpose of your profession), has severely ingrown toenails that are probably infected and we would have PAID you for the service. Not to mention the health checks she needs. I know COVID has made the world a sketchy place, and everyone is worried about their health, but let’s not punish the animals that are still, maybe more than ever, being abandoned, neglected or abused. So disappointing. So inhumane.

Thanks whole Team, our Tiago, little chivuava, went for pulling 3 teeth and all was heal well, stiches are little and professional. Service from makes appoitment to after care were without the problem an in good communication from doctors and assistents.

I honestly thought the woman vet here was off her rocker. I didn't trust her judgment but went along with it because she was the doctor. I believe her treatment of my kitty cat caused the poor creature more pain and discomfort than was necessary. Needless to say the cat died. I'd recommend you go to another vet and NOT four paws.

My dog needed to have 2 stitches out from his lip. Girl who answered the phone saud they needed his records faxed over. Then she found out that he's not a regular patient and wasn't sure they would do it at all!!! Wth?

We have been bringing our pets to Four Paws for many years now. Dr. Murphy and her staff are very caring and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We have found Dr. Murphy to always be spot on in her diagnoses and methods of treatment. We appreciate her knowledge and will continue to bring our pets to Four Paws. ***Mom of a 21 year old cat and two 12 year old dogs.

Not happy with the way the manager at the front desk operates. She wanted me to pay before my dog was seen by the vet.

We come from the bay area just to see 4 paws. Staff and Vet are great.

My Dad’s old Lab, Toby has multiple age related health problems. Dr Murphy and her staff were so kind and gentle with Toby and my Dad. Toby is recieving excellent care, and should be good to go for a few more years. We are so happy to have found a new veterinarian for Toby. Side note, this vet clinic is beautiful!

The front office staff is super friendly... they all took such good care of my cat... the vet likes critters better than people and some days it really shows!
