I have 2 chihuahuas and getting their nails trim is hard. Linda knows my dogs and my dogs loves her. Which is weird because they dont like strangers. Amazing service every time I go. I would definitely recommend this place

Great place very nice staff

I got my 7 year old German Shepherd dog groomed here a few days ago. The groomer asked me a few questions about his temperament and I told her he is extremely friendly and nice even with strangers. He is typically pretty docile. I’ve always been told by groomers that he is really nice with them too. We’ve never been told of any problems from groomers. When I went to pick him up she told me he was “aggressive” and growled at her when she trimmed his nails and shaved his privates and that she had to use a muzzle (which is fine). I was surprised to hear this because he has never been like this before with groomers. She also said the aggression he showed toward her is common in German shepherds which can be true but is not the case in my dog and vets have often commented on how unusually sweet he is. This leads me to believe she had some prejudice against shepherds that caused her to automatically make assumptions about my dog. Today I was petting him and I saw that he had really bad razor burn and cuts around his privates. So no wonder he was growling at her! I will not be taking him back here. Although it’s possible that he was aggressive first causing her to mess up on the shaving, I think it’s unlikely because, again, he has never been like this with another groomer or a veterinarian in the past 7 years until now, even ones he was meeting for the first time. And if she’s a professional, she should know how to deal with these situations without harming the dog. Also, this is a minor complaint in comparison, but usually when he gets de-shedding treatments he doesn’t shed at all for at least a week. It’s only been a few days and he’s already shedding a good bit. Granted, I have not gotten him groomed in a while, but other groomers have done a better job removing his coats even when it’s been many months since he’s been groomed.

Love love love the amazing , humble , loving , understanding , grate service. Understanding what there clients needs are fulfilling there needs as best if not to the point of what they need. I'm the kind of person that love's to try new places but for me to leave a review is very unlikely. to me there is no in between scoring. To me there is only two choices 1 star or 5 stars when it comes to me taking the time out to leave a review is unlikely unless I'm impacted by my experience. And I have been here a couple times , each and every time have walked out with a smile on my face and filling amazingly fulfilled to me and my pets needs. So if your looking for an amazing 5 star service here it is.
