They have great customer service but the only thing was that the shelves were empty for the dog food at the time. But it's ok were only human and we can only do so much. There was an employee that was stocking the shelves and he had alot of pallets to break down so I understood the situation. Other then that dont hesitate to go here for your pets. They're all friendly and helpful.

Due to the logistics problems, the shelves are light, but usually they have mostly everything in stock

I always come and pick up my orders the same day there places. This Petco is always on top of everything and there the best. Love there new app because all the discounts that aren’t at the store if you just order same day pickup.

Rudeness from the cashier, I do not like rude know it all's.. next time I wash my dog on Broadway and Donaldson way in American Canyon. She can be rude to others not to me when I am spending my hard earned money, a prime example of a heartless corporation feeding on the fact we will spend money to keep our friends clean and healthy.

This petco has very helpful employees, expect for one named Patty. Super inattentive, ignores customers when they approach the register, delays the line due to having her head stuck in her phone while customers wait.

A very nice worker helped me find the item that I was looking for. She also helped me sign up for a Petco card to help me save money. She was extremely helpful & I truly valued her assistance.

First time using petco grooming at this location. Fantastic experience! On time, efficient check in. My dog received a bath. When I picked him up he was completely dry, very happy, and smelled great. Thanks Pamela! We’ll be back!

Nearly not enough shopping carts. Shopped at the store only 3 carts. 1 had a locked wheel the 2nd would keep going left. Was advised by clerk that their Corporate office is aware bit isn't acting to provide these much needed carts. This is unacceptable especially for disabled people that can shop but can't carry a 30pb bag thru store along with 12 cans of dog food.
