Our phone calls were not returned. But Dr D was the best. She took unbelievable care of our sick pet. She is the best. The techs we dealt with were very caring.

I read these reviews and could not wait to meet Dr. Jeff. He was very personable and knowledgeable. However ZERO follow through. I needed to know about a diet change and get a form signed. It took a WEEK with my calling everyday. I was promised time and time again I would hear back. It took me saying I would drive down and wait for the form to get the form finally mailed to me hours later. I have 3 beautiful goldens. How would I ever get the necessary care if these simple routine matters were not dealt with? At times the staff was snarky with me instead of bending over backwards to help me out. I am a small business owner. Communication with clients has made my business reputation. Also fees were high. The stool sample test here was $95 per dog. My new vet charged $35. In my business as a dog breeder and professional trainer, I have worked in tandem with many vets. NEVER have I felt so unappreciated as a client.

Dr Northrup is amazing and personable. This is the type of care that is well beyond the standard of what most pet owners expect and have experienced. I only wish my healthcare was this good! A thousand thank you’s to Dr Northrup and staff!!!

Dr. Jeff and his staff are amazing! We have been on a bit of a merry - go - round since moving to Napa trying to find a Vet that was the best fit and Dr. Jeff checked all the boxes! He is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and so friendly. I appreciate him taking his time to talk through all avenues to take with my dog’s torn ACL. He gives his educated advice but ensures you are apart of the process in thinking through what the best option might be. It’s truly one on one exemplary service for my dog and me and even given covid and restrictions he still made a point to come outside and speak with me ( at the appropriate social distance of course ) His staff are prompt, warm and efficient as well. So happy we found them!

Told them what I needed and my animal they told me it wasn’t possible and then when I told him another vet said it needed to be done immediately she then changed her answer to the were all booked up and can’t help way to change your answer five times if you didn’t want to help just say that when you answer the phone

They misdiagnosed my dog and he suffered for 6 months unnecessarily.

Dr. Jeff and his team took amazing care of my cat Bella. They were extremely gentle and kind when she passed on and gave me time to say goodbye. I highly recommend them.

Very good care and compassionate people.

They fit me in to a tight schedule. COVID19 compliant safe protocols were followed (i.e. they picked up my dog from my car window in the adjacent parking lot and returned her to the same). My dog's happy and so am I for receiving caring and good value. Dr. Jeff has a terrific staff. Two thumbs (and paws) up!

I was searching for a new vet for my dog after recently moving to the area. The staff and vet were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic and overall went above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience. Highly recommend!

Dr Jeff and his entire staff are so professional, knowledgeable, and caring! I've had to contact Dr Jeff multiple times in the middle of the night and he always called me back within minutes to try to help. AND he was patient and not exasperated with me. I honestly could go on and on about how great the staff and Dr Jeff are. They truly care about you and your pets. I love this place and if you know ANYTHING about me, you know I've had some horrific outcomes taking my pets to any vet, so it takes a lot to say I trust my pets with Dr Jeff and his staff.

Made an appointment Monday May 13th for Wednesday May 15 @9am. Wrote it on my calendar and told my girlfriend because she had to take him. I realized I had a medical appointment on Travis AFB at the VA. Well, long story short they called me. Told me my appointment was missed today @4:30 and that I had to reschedule. No accommodations on their part for their error. Horrible Customer Service Good Day

The girls here are always so sweet and very helpful. I don't personally have an animal they care for, but my client does and he always leaves happy, knowing his fur babies are taken good care of.
