We lost Sophie on September 30th. We had her for 12 years. Don't know her exact age. She was a rescue. I called that same day to make arrangements and I spoke to Terry She was so understanding and so caring and made me feel so much better. Today I picked up Sophie's ashes. They did a wonderful and caring job. Sophie is here with us at home. I recommend this place to everyone that has lost a pet. Great service and so caring. Thank you Terry.

My fiance and I had to say bye to our dog Buster. Buster has had two knee surgerys and has some stainless steel implants. They helped him run again without pain and limping. First he blew out his left knee tearing out his crucial ligament, so he had his first TTA surgery, two years later his other hind leg, his right, with the same injury and surgery. Two years later we had to say goodbye. It was his time and he was tired and we didn't want him to suffer. Broke our hearts to say Bye. We had the vet setup a private cremation for buster. I am a very handy person, and I wanted to do something with Buster's Knees to hold up a digital video/picture frame and my fiance made the request for me to Veterinary After Care Services. Had left a message, they called back. They stated they could help us with this request. They stated they normally just throw those items away. We got back a nice cedar box with Buster's ashes inside. A paw print impression, and a Certificate Stating Buster's Date of passing. But no implants! We called back, they stated they got a "new oven and it gets hotter" and they "didn't find them in the ashes". I think they just messed up and covering instead of state the truth. I am just hurt by this outcome myself. So two stars from me and my experience. I had higher hopes and a special request. My expectations where not met and what they say is not reliable.

The representative on the phone was so compassionate. Although I knew she was collecting the necessary information, it didn't feel like she was filling out a form; it felt like she was genuinely asking about my pet. She did not try to upsell me in any way, and even told me that I picked the "best one [package]" and it would be perfect for my pet; it was very comforting to feel like I was making the right choice. The overall experience gave me some peace over losing a pet. I highly recommend using their services if you need to make arrangements for a pet that has passed.

If you want to have your precious pet's remains taken care of by lovely & caring people, THIS IS YOUR PLACE! My experience over the phone was so loving, compassionate, and sympathetic to my needs for saying goodbye to my baby and then, the day I delivered her body for cremation, I met another loving, compassionate & sympathetic person. For what needed to be done, the people here are truly great! I highly recommend them.

Our pitbull Oscar passed away on June 8, 2013 and was totally unexpected. It was a terrible morning and still can't get over it. Several years ago we had to put down our other pitbull Renee. We had Renee cremated by Veterinary Aftercare Services as that is the service our Vet recommends. We called Veterinary Aftercare Services at 10AM on Saturday morning. Our call was answered by Jeff and his compassion was immediately recognized through the phone. He let us know that he could accomplish whatever our desires were & we asked if Oscar could be picked up. Jeff was here 15 minutes later. It's not easy letting go of a dear friend, but Veterinary Aftercare Service had cremated Renee, so we felt very comfortable allowing Jeff to take Oscar. Oscar was returned 4 days later in a beautiful lazer etched cedar urn with nameplate. We also chose to have a framed paw print which is the most wonderful item on my desk at work. Everyone comments on how beautiful it is. I also received a jewelry urn necklace with a small amount of ashes that hangs around my neck, close to my heart. Thank you so very much for making an everlasting memory so wonderful to have everyday of my life. God bless.
