I've been shopping with this company for over 30 years and they always have the food or treats that my cat's absolutely love I just wish they had a better selection of elevated cat food and water bowls

Once upon a time we called this Doggie Disneyland and brought our baby here for classes, got his food, treats and more here. A few years ago I started noticing it going downhill. The other night we were in and the place had NO help. There was one older crabby woman at the register ( she's been there for years) who just doesn't give a flip about anyone or anything. How she's still there is beyond me, she doesn't believe in customer service let alone saying hello, thanks for coming, etc. This is why we now shop at Petco and why so many people shop online. You want people to frequent your business? Treat them like gold! Be kind, be helpful, be interested in them and what they need!

It was very nice to see the cute cats for adoption there and also there are lots of great products with better price than other pet stores in addition the employees were polite and helpful !

This place is sad. They don't keep their animals in very good conditions.Tanks are gross. Even found a beta that had obviously been dead for awhile. Sometimes the rodent cages are clean, sometimes they are caked with tons of feces. Often find crickets hopping around. The staff is always friendly, but I feel sorry for the animals.

Friendly and helpful staff, I have never had an issue finding what I needed or getting help. Help finds you, I love it.

My groomers, Lindsie and CJ, are top notch when grooming my standard poodle. They have skill and artistry; they listen and give me what I want. The rest of the staff are friendly and loving. Highly recommend. Petsmart Corp needs to invest in this salon, expand it to twice its size. It's cramped for customers and crew, and from what I see, it's a big money-maker.

Didn't have what I needed and extremely low on inventory. But staff always friendly and welcoming!

PetSmart Murrieta is a usually clean store with a nice selection. I’ve had a lot of good luck with the fish from here, and always bring my furry friends for grooming to this location as well. This location can get very busy, however, and I find it best to visit on weekday mornings or late evening if you want to avoid the crowds.

Worst experience ever! I walked in for an appointment that I scheduled 10 days ago after they had made a mistake the week prior and when I walked in they told me that they didn’t have my vaccination that is for my dog on file and that it was a system error and I needed to confirm with my previous vet. get the appointment was at 1 o’clock and I met with a lunch until two they told me they couldn’t see me even though that it was their error I have been coming to Petsmart for the past year every other month taking my dog to this place I will never be back The manager with the glasses was very rude and refused to help me as long with the fat dog groomer that was up in front fighting with me about the radio I will never be back this way and I make this location should be avoided at all costs save your money goes and plays out they have horrible customer service and the dogs come out looking like crap????????????‍♂️

Banfield Vetinary is clean, staff is pleasant and explains in detail the visit. Amanda is extremely nice.

Omg everything you need on pets good quality good customer service

I found everything I need and employees at the store helped me to find everything I need. I went in an out in 10 minutes shopping about $350. I was only disappointed with the $6 discount. Can you send more discounted coupons for the products that I am shopping? I will always choose petsmart vs petco and will not divide my shopping to two shops if I get more discount.

This is a nice Petsmart. The parking lot here is never too crazy. Once inside it's clean and roomy. Never crowded, so I like to stroll around and look at all the little animals. I used to work at a Petsmart as the animal specialist and groomer so I think its always fun to go back. Brings back memories haha The staff is all very friendly here and helpful. I always find what I need for my cats. I wish I could adopt all of the cats but here is a picture of a sweet kitty that needs a home!

Great products & good prices but the cash register is so slow! Too much chitchat & ignoring customers. Annoying when you are coming to grab something real quick to stand waiting forever...

Store stuffs are very good and helpful. But fish collections are very less.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They canceled my appointment 2 times!!! The first time I had to re-scheduled and push my appointment a week later. The second time they called me 30 minutes before my appointment saying that they can't take my dog based on OLD notes from an inefficient groomer. They last time my dog went I had no problems! The groomer gave me an excellent feedback!! I made sure that I scheduled my appointment with the same groomer. Both appointment cancelled, one because the groomer I chose it was not going to be there and the second time looks like was the same thing and then they just used the excuse about the old notes. I went a day before by mistake thinking that my appointment was that day and the people checking in were with a nasty attitude. I know I had the wrong day but the whole customer service experience was not pleasant. They looked at me with such annoying face. I am not taking my dogs here anymore!!! It used to be a great place...very disappointed.

Always helpful, clean plenty of help in store!

Just ordered dog food online. It says it didn’t go through. I checked my bank account. It did go through. So I called the store to speak to a manager. He tells me I am out of luck. I would not advise ordering with them if this is the way they do business. I will shop at Petco from now on. I ordered before with no problems.
